They were in my bridal room for 2 minutes ,took a few awful pictures of me getting ready. Our wedding video is so bad I could cry every time I think of it. Never watch it, it's too painful and it just makes me angry. We never got a long one just a 5 min snippet. The music is cued so out of context that I am walking down the aisle to party music. We tried to get it fixed 3 times and it's like a blind and deaf person is editing it who was also extremely rude!!! I wish I had just gone to someone else. I could have thrown the money (thousands) out of the window and it would've been better spent.

The person that did show up was rude, intrusive during the ceremony, turned up an hour early, and then charged us an additional fee to stay for the last hour of the contract. We were deceived and treated very poorly. It makes no difference the quality of the work; the attitudes, of the photographer and the person that created our final wedding album, were appalling and it was extraordinarily unpleasant to have to be in the same room with them. Absolutely everyone deserves better! You would be really only slightly worse off to hire your friend to bring their phone to shoot your event. After all of our hard work we came out feeling disappointed & taken advantage of. The best word to describe the experience with our photographer is shameful. During the engagement shoot, he struck the perfect balance of being laid back and hard working. At what seemed like the 5th hour of the engagement shoot Michelle and I were ready for a food and restroom break, but Tom still had energy in him to keep going. On the day before the wedding, my wife decided that it would be cool if we had a shot of all of our guests in one photo. She contacted Tom and threw him this curve ball. I modelled when I was much younger, but only parade and never photographic work, except for catalogue, so AWKWARD is the only way I could describe my feelings leading up to the event. I am a bit shy and not a poser, so it wasn't natural for me. Bret is a gentleman and kind of works with what look you are after - even if you do not know how to do it! We met at a very upscale midtown location of my choosing, and he prefers morning light. I have seen other photos he has taken and hoped for the best. During the session, he asks if you like certain shots and shows them to you - if you have no idea how you look, this is good and you are involved in the outcome. But what I can say to you.....always trust your photographer. How you see yourself is not always how others see you and the shot Bret liked the most I was on the fence with. Needless to say, I went with him. Male photographers see a lot of beautiful women and they probably know better than us. You think? I am 100% happy with my ultimate picture and every woman needs to know she looks like that in the end. What an awesome feeling. I will definitely use Bret again.

Justin's website illustrated his talented eye, and his rates actually turned out to be very reasonable for his caliber of experience and talent. Our entire experience with Justin was flawless and fun. From our first chat, Justin was enthusiastic and flawlessly professional with creative and thoughtful suggestions. Justin proactively reached out to us before our wedding and was early to meet us at City Hall. Over the course of a several hour session, Justin remained effervescent and positive and worked hard to take a lot of photos in several different locations.
