After interviewing 2 other companies we selected Sentinel. The process was pretty simple. They measured, asked about options and we signed the paperwork and the order was placed. The windows arrived when they said they would and the crew was there on the morning of install as they promised. Seem like they sent more guys then they needed but that was their business (our price was already set). They worked most of the day and took about 30 mins to cleanup and showed us how everything worked. After they left we double-checked their caulking (inside and out) and everything look really good. Not that we were surprised but you never know. The windows have been in for several weeks now and the owner called to check in last week (nice touch!). We are happy with the results and they will be our first call when we do the rear windows next year.

He used IR scan inside the home and drone for outside of the home. In his inspection report he included TONS of information and pictures. Even though I know nothing personally about homes he was able to give me and my husband enough information to understand better- he also came out for reinspection due to certain utilities being off. He was running a $50 discount at the time which we were lucky to have, but by far for the price he beat EVERYONE and was much more relatable, fast, efficient than anyone else we had called for a quote.
