The Staff in the North are amazing Matt, Garik, Adam and Lexi treat everyone like family with a smile! If you need motivation they got you! You need results they got you! I've had shoulder instability issues for 12 years and with all their training and therapy is professional level! Matt always asks questions in regards to how the progress is going and shows he truly cares! He brings great humor to the place and makes the energy each time I am there a memorable one! Garik does an excellent job handling and balancing along with customizing workouts to address the needs which has really helped my progress. Garik also pushes and identifies bad form quickly along with helping figure out at home adjustments. Lexi always smiling and energetic that brings great motivation to every therapy! After quite some time dealing with shoulder pain, finally had an MRI exam, and discovered I've got a torn labrum and "moderately severe degenerative arthritis." Friends at work recommended TSPT, so I booked an evaluation. After my initial consultation with Calvin, he and the team devised a plan tailored to me, and off we went. Between the exercise regimen, which was challenging, but not exhausting, and the daily massage/stretching/mobility work, I've regained 90% of the strength and range-of-motion that I'd lost in just 6 weeks. And, I'm pain-free. Thanks to Calvin, Jennifer, Andrew, Kaitlyn, Abbie, Shierman, Jessica and Karlo for taking such a personal interest in getting me back to "normal!" Additionally, the front desk staff was always very welcoming, took the time to learn/greet me by name each visit, and were always helpful when I needed to schedule (or sometimes cancel/reschedule) appointments. Having been in such terrible neck pain radiating through my shoulder and down my arm, I was ready to do anything to gain relief. I began physical therapy at Tim Soder PT 5 weeks ago and can only say that they have been magnificent. The pain is now nearly gone, my posture is improved, I'm gaining back the strength lost due to surgeries and treatments over the last 1.5 years. Now with the COVID-19 pandemic, as a healthcare professional, I am impressed at thei efforts to keep their patients safe. From soap & water washing of the hands the hand sanitizer on the hands before entering the facility, to increasing the distance between tables and machines, to wiping everything down between patients and requiring frequent hand washing - they are making every effort to keep patients and staff safe while trying to keep open during these trying times. Tim Soder and his team spent about two months, two to three days per week, rehabilitating my right shoulder that has a partial rotator tear. The team contains physical therapists who are well educated in their field and experienced. Due to the diligence of this team, my shoulder is painless, and they taught me how to continue exercising to ensure the shoulder stays healthy. Just finished my time at TSPT. What a great group of people, Calvin and all the team as well as the front desk staff. I was dreading having to do PT but the whole team made it something I ended up looking forward to. Are the most encouraging, helpful, friendly group I've been around in an office setting. they are sensitive and caring to my individual needs. I had a terrible bout of sciatica leg pain most of the summer. I did about 6 weeks of physical therapy at the Horizon Ridge Tim Soder office. Everyone was very helpful making sure I was safe on the equipment, they took time to help me and make sure I was doing the exercises correctly. They kept an eye on me and helped me get rid of the sciatica pain. They gave me exercises to perform at home to help make sure the sciatica stays in check. Everything was very clean. read more
