I've ordered shirts from them several times and ran into the same issues repeatedly: slow turnaround, little-to-no communication, prices differing between initial quote and final, and on the latest batch of shirts the colors are markedly off. I went in to tell them I am disappointed with their lack of communication, the drastic difference in color from what I ordered to what I received, and the fact that the shirts weren't ready when they were supposed to be.
