The owner and her family are very nice. The room we got, was lot cheaper than motels in Homer. We had a shower and bathtub in our room and private bathroom right next to the room. We had full access to the kitchen and living room. The house has a patio with a very nice view of the Kachemak Bay. We had some great conversations with the owner during our short stay. She even shared food and homebrewed mead with us. If you are looking for a reasonably priced place with a view near Homer, this is the place to stay...

Extra shout-out to Angela (?) the manager running the inn: the day we checked out my wife caught a cold, it was pouring rain outside, and our boat wouldn't depart till 3pm. She let us stay in our room for 4-5 extra hours as we rested inside -- super grateful that they delayed our leave until so late, we appreciate it so much!

It was little inconvenient that the head doesn't have a door and my wife was with me. We cought our limit of haqlibut including a 92 pound fish. The reason I didn't give 5 star rating is that the fish were kept without much care. They were bled, but they were placed in a place where they exposed to the sun. There should be a better way to keep them.

The staff is wonderful and very prompt with their responses. Our new plan had us staying in the Wolf Den. Upon arrival our suite was spotless and so so welcoming. The suite offers everything you need for a beautiful trip away from home. The yard just off of the suite allowed for our dogs to stretch their legs and have some fun as well. We will definitely be back and will recommend Kenai Peninsula Suites to anyone. The stay was exceptional and the view of Katchemak Bay was second to none. Thank you Kenai Peninsula Suites!!!

Did so many things we normally would not have. I even got sick on the trip and missed a few things. The guides took super care of me, went to the pharmacy and got what I needed (even though did not know what they were looking for). I have recommended to many of our friends. The space was such great size, living room, dining room, large room, kitchen etc. I would have gone grocery shopping and possibly cooked or baked in the kitchen. This is a perfect spot to book for a solo trip, couples getaway and family trip. So much space. Incredible views, hot tub, massive lawn, firepit and more. I'm not sure you'll find any better than this property. I'd return in a heartbeat at a different time of the year when there's more going on.

The cabin was comfortable had all the expected amenities and was perfect for a weekend getaway. I could probably stay during the week and work remote from the dining table and enjoy the breathtaking view of the spit and bay. If you enjoy the beauty of sunsets and sunrises this is place to book! I will definitely come back. The small touches made it perfect!
