Then Swiderski charged me $50.00 for returning the 2nd payment plus $2.49 process fee. When I questioned them they said it was my fault I had set up 2 autopay and if I didn't pay the extra fee I would be charged more yet. It may be legal but NOT RIGHT.

The utility charges are inaccessible and for all I know they could be making up a number as it was different for all of us in the building and its supposed to be split. upon move out I got charged almost triple what I had been previously charged for utilities for the common area and even though we spent 5 hours cleaning and shampooing carpets they still charged us almost 400$ to clean. When they toured the property they came in in boots and muddy shoes I repeatedly had to clean up after their tours and they were incredibly rude and disrespectful. If you rent from them in the future dont even bother attempting to clean they will charge you regardless and their charges do not meet what the lease outlines. Overall the company is disrespectful and while yes, they are a business they were very ignorant on human empathy and being organized as a business.
