I paid for the month of January but because I would not sign a contract for a 30 days notice she refused to watch her for the remainder of the month. She also refused a partial refund. So, in total she recived $465 from us without providing her sevices. In just 90 days by the way. I feel as if she is taking advantage of lower middle class families in the worst way.
