Our turn and she lays my son down jams sunglasses on his face and blasts the light into his face. Proceeds to brush vigorously and tells me when his teeth bleed keep brushing very hard. Every single staff member I've interacted with has been friendly and accommodating. I'm a wheelchair user and find the office far more navigable than most medical settings. Plus they have SUPER sturdy dental chairs with arms that go down on BOTH sides, which is a rare find -- and absolutely great for higher-weight patients. I can't think of a single way they could improve - they even offer a membership that saves some $$.
