When sitting in the waiting room for a half hour- they apparently scheduled two appointments at 8 am - this dentist is telling a little 8 yr oldgirl how when she goes under she can't eat anything because she might choke on her throw up. If I could give ZERO stars, I would…read more I have now come into The Grove Dental FOUR separate times specifically hoping to speak with the manager, and every single time she is nowhere to be found. I stopped by yesterday as well, and once again, she was not in the office. The front desk girls have been polite, and I specifically asked not to have them relay a message because I wanted to speak with the manager myself. The lady who wears scrubs in the back with dark hair is very polite "Sheena" I believe is her name so they are not an issue. I simply wanted to stop by when she was actually there and address my concerns directly. My issue is with the manager's complete lack of communication and availability. I wanted to speak with her about a payment plan for my veteran husband. I was told about this plan by my friend Jack Buck, and when I previously came in to discuss it in October, I was told it was only for "clean people." I'm sorry, but... I'm clean. WTF does that even mean? I deserve an actual explanation instead of being ignored. The last time I came in I peeped my head around the corner and she wouldn't speak with me because her husband was in the office. I used to be a dental assistant and had never seen a dentist refer out for crowns, so I decided to leave that practice. After some research, I found Dr Ledesma and am so glad that I did. I was on a very tight schedule because I was moving about 4 months later and was in braces that would not be removed till a month before my move date. Dr Ledesma and his staff worked to squeeze me into their busy schedule and he did an amazing job on my crowns! I had put off getting these crowns done for many many years because I was worried about them not turning out good. It is very difficult to get a good match when doing front crowns. That's why it is usually best to do the front 6 together, but that was not an option. Even with the obstacles that I threw at him, he was able to exceed my expectations. I would highly recommend Dr Ledesma to anyone in need of dental work!
