As a customer, I expected the company to thoroughly inspect the completed work and take greater ownership in helping resolve concerns. Based on my experience, the overall quality and level of customer support fell short of what I anticipated.

Herman showed up to take a look at my drain pipe. It was on time. Courteous. Knowledgeable and took…read morethe time to study the issue before giving me my options. He even looked for ways to go around the pipe if he couldn't get it cleared. He brought in his small machine and within 10 minutes had clear my drain for at least 75 feet if not more. He was packed up and gone within 45 minutes. If you can request a specific technician it is worth your time to wait for Herman. Definitely a good guy.

That was in 2020 but the problem was never fixed. He died the following year but I did not know about this until early this year as I was going thru his old checks. It was then I called Roto-Rooter and asked for a copy of any signed contract. When it finally came, I saw the part I have posted that said when they use a camera, if the camera is not able to see when the problem is due to any obstacles in the way, then they cannot guarantee the problem being fixed. My late husband, 75 yrs old at the time, put his initials on that line but then why charge all the money if you cannot resolve the issue? I am now suing them in small claims court. They have taken no responsibility. My advice: Do Not Use These People!!!! BEWARE!!@
