I have an older house that has a crawlspace and some additions that were added over the years. Mark, the owner, took his time to come up with a plan to access the hard to reach places underground. He clearly explained everything he was going to do ahead of time, how long it would take, cost, etc. so that I knew what to expect. It was a detailed job with lots of different areas that needed to be worked on. He didn't rush and took his time - which I appreciated. Now, I no longer have to worry about old, smelly, leaking sewage lines under my house. They did an excellent job cleaning up wherever they worked in the house. They also did a careful job to minimize the disturbance to my landscaping in my front yard, and they put everything back to how it was before. BEWARE ATTEMPTS TO UPSELL…read more I was recommended to this company by Navien for install of a simple Taco external zone valve panel. The technician Steve who came out was friendly and knowledgeable and seemed to know exactly what needed to be done. I even asked Steve if he thought it was a major job and he said no. A couple days later I get an email from Bob (who I assume is the owner or higher up person) trying to completely upsell me. He said he thinks the whole system should be completely re-piped despite the system currently working fine and Steve not mentioning this at all. He also said he was only interested in giving me a quote if I wanted to go the re-piping route and outright refused to give me a quote for just the panel install. I would recommend people to look elsewhere or at least get a second quote before dealing with this company.

This is a new construction unit 1 year old that has had back to back renters over the past year. Mr. Burris came out and was unable to unclog the toilet with his rod. He then told the guest that it is not their fault. "Its a cheap toilet". Can you imagine a plumber saying that to a guest when he was not even able to clear the clog - and has NO IDEA what they may have put down the toilet?? The toilet never had any issues. Very unprofessional. Please save yourself the time, aggravation, inefficiency, and avoid these people. We got quotes…read morefrom multiple companies and Ace not only came in well under every other quote, they were the most comprehensive in diagnosing the problem, discussing different approaches, and mapping our system in order to minimize how much of our yard/sidewalk would have to be excavated. The communication from Ace was outstanding throughout the process, which was delayed by weather and complicated by obstacles from previous repair attempts by another provider. Their guarantee that they'd address any emergency repairs immediately gave us a lot of peace of mind while we waited for the ground to thaw for the line replacement! They handled the permit and inspection process seamlessly as well. We will continue to work with Ace in the future and would highly recommend them.
