This was for a new build! We went through Lowe's to get our…read morecountertops which was bedrock quartz. When it was installed it was not at all like what we picked out. Color was completely in another color. Then the side piece to the stove was cut crooked and when the installers were installing the large piece, they scatched my new microwave. I had a migraine that day and was in my living room and heard them whispering, and now I know why. When contacted they were not going to do Anything to fix what they had done, including installing the right countertop that I had selected. I then went back to Lowes and the manager at the Lehi American Fork store came to my house, said that he could see that it wasn't right and that he was gonna fix it and then did nothing!!! I then emailed five different corporate offices with Lowes and finally had a lady get back to me and I worked with her for 3 months to get the problem fixed, which during all of this, my kitchen was not able to be funct and so I could not use my sink or my dishwasher. It was very inconvenient. If you're working with bedrock courts, do not trust that the sample piece that you pick out will be what you actually get. Make sure you document everything.

I sent them to him and he said he submitted them to a repair shop. I hadn't heard back in a little bit so I followed up and he never responded. Then, signs appeared on the scaffolding saying that the company wasn't responsible for any damage caused to vehicles. Paul has yet to respond to me since his initial request for the photos and informing me he submitted the photos and it's almost been a month since this happened.

It involved laying a heated slab to accommodate a partially sunken hot tub. Tom did everything by the book and as with any construction project, when something went a little off the plan I was notified immediately with information as to what my options were. In the end, his estimate was right on and we have beautiful hot tub that has elevated the value of our home. 2 years after installation when the slab heater failed to work, I called Tom and he came right over. He had the plumber here the same day and diagnosed the problem immediately - a flipped circuit breaker. In addition to the hot tub project I have used Tom to remodel interior space and install custom cabinetry. Once again he and his team did an excellent job and we now have a beautiful mud room with boot heaters. Tom is a trustworthy and responsible contractor. if you are doing anything in Park City and want a company you can trust to get he job done right the first time, you simply have to call Tom.
