I answered no to both questions, and she replied that they aren't actually booking new clients. Such is the state of healthcare in the US. I found another place who will actually to listen to you, instead of cutting you off, and actually wants to help you. Listening is everything. In a small community word of mouth gets around. Whoever answers your calls is heartless and shameful and they're giving your business a bad reputation.

Upon entering his business, his team member was on the phone but she immediately acknowledged me. This shows how important their clients are to them. I am extremely impressed with him and his team.
