When I asked to send them back, the girl looked at me like I was crazy. When she came back, she still had the poppers in her hand, and told me: "The cook said this is how they look when she does them, so". I replied by asking for a refund, and she told me: "Well, I can't do that right now, and I don't know when I can". The attitude, and rudeness alone is for this post. Then, my bf's gumbo was cold, and he had to ask for them to heat it up, which means it wasn't fresh. It wasn't very good. The whole experience was terrible.

I was looking forward to exploring everything here unfortunately or fortunately I was only able to walk the exterior grounds and have a distance view of the locomotive, caboose and train car from behind the locked wrought iron fence and only got a peek of the interior throughs the panes of glass standing on my tippy toes. The glimpse into the past for me was a little disappointing but that's not to say this old renovated train depot is anything less than amazing. I missed my opportunity while traveling through the area but with a little planning you won't have to. The property is beautiful and the architect and preservation is outstanding. The people of Dequincy must be so proud of this historic site, it's definitely an attraction that draws visitors to this town hopefully I can return at some point to get the full experience...

Inside there is a lot of memorabilia to look at, a model train going around, and even a wax model of a jeweler! I would recommend this to everyone! Free parking, free admission just add to it!
