WARNING to Pet Owners…read more On August 11, 2025, I dropped off my dog Cooper here for a wash and blowout only. I told them he has a seizure history and asked them to take extra care. They agreed. When I picked him up, his snout was visibly swollen and had a raw spot. No one told me -- I discovered it myself and documented it in photos. That night, I was told "I think he banged it on the kennel." The next day, the groomer changed her story, hesitated when asked if she saw it, then claimed she did -- and still hadn't told me at pickup. I asked for the owner to call me last Friday. Today is Thursday -- still no call. No accountability. No concern. No care. This isn't just about one groomer -- it's about an owner who doesn't take responsibility for injuries or for following health-related instructions. My photos show his injury right after pickup and his normal appearance one day later -- proof it happened in their care. Take your dogs here at your own risk.

When we first discover them last year, we thought they were an answer to prayer for excellent dog care. We over looked the cats in the reception area- along with their litter- why I do not know. And that first visit went well. It has been the subsequent visits that did not go so well. For example- the time he came home stinking like he rolled in poop- he was supposed to get a bath but they did not give him one. Or when he came home sneezing. Or this time when he came home BLEEDING! We paid to have his nails gound down- he does not do well with clippers and will get cut because he moves. I TOLD them this. However, when I arrived to pick up Bandit yesterday the older woman looked pissed off- gets up walks in the back. Next thing I hear is the cry of my dog- like with your children, you know your dogs cry. 10 minutes later, Bandit is brought to me. We leave with no words or exlaination. It is upon returning home that I see the trail of blood Bandit is leaving behind. Not a small amount either. I call them - and after 3 attemps someone answers and rudely says that "Oh, yea - we cut the quick and put quickstop on it. Must of fallen off when he hit the pavement." You did not think to tell me this?!?!? I immediately cancelled the 5 other bookings we had through Febuary 2020. I get that you get busy. But you had the dog for 5 days- why wait until the last moment to do something we are paying for?

Upon drop off the office was just cluttered but upon pick up this area had a terrible odor of what we believe was feline urine. Our dog was cared for pretty well however he "stunk" when we picked him up and we had to immediately bathe him! We were told they would bathe him just before pick up but that obviously was over looked! The outside appearance was littered with junk cars and golf carts that were not used in a long time.. there was a porta potty outside for customer use.. curious why the indoor plumbing was not available for customers! We…read morehave explored many groomers that gel with her, and she can tolerate them.  We came across Jennifer on Linkined and encouraged Bini to be on her best behavior for their first grooming session.  The location takes some navigating but Jennifer communicated with us quickly to find the salon.  While this is a small business, the grooming was better than others Bini has had. Bini came back to us with a cute puppy look that got the hair out of her eyes but still made her look adorable. She has had challenges with maintaining her coat and not getting matted. We will be back to Jennifer for future appointments and possibly with friends in tow.

The pet sitter texted me an update everyday so I could just relax and enjoy my vacation. When we got home the cats were so happy and clearly well taken care of.
