That time they said the rear axle was bent or broken and needed to be replaced so I did that even though I've never had a wreck. Truck still vibrates. I refuse to go back there again ever. Took it to a dealership and they knew immediately what was wrong and how to fix it. It sucks that I had all that unnecessary work done. One Star because they wouldn't let me give no stars.

I went to this location for an oil change for the first time today and was blown away! My car was…read moretake back immediately and I was escorted into the wait area. The waiting area is very nice: very clean with lots of nice leather seating. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. My oil change was finished very quickly (about 15 min or so). My technician was Kendrick, and he was absolutely the best tech I've ever had! He walked me to my car to give me an update on my car's condition and calmly and efficiently explained all the fluids they had checked and filled. He then says, "Now please don't feel pressured at all; we have a few optional services available." He then explained several optional services that I could choose and said he could give me pamphlets that explain when I should get them done. I was amazed!! I have never been treated so well at a car shop! I always feel so pressured to buy all the extra services and feel put down as a woman walking into a mechanic shop. I told Kendrick at least 4 times what an exceptional job he was doing and how much I appreciated him. I will go back as soon as I need to!

They didn't fill the tires to 35 psi like they claimed and they didn't reset the oil change indicator like they claimed. I would say the next time we go we're taking a video of the entire thing but since no one apparently cares we're not coming back to any Valvoline location and I would highly recommend that no one take their vehicle to any Valvoline location if this is how they do business and if you actually care about your vehicle.
