The front of my hood, grill, and bumper still had bugs all on it. They had a guy to come out with a half soapy , brush to try to clean it, out in the sun in the parking lot, to try to rectify the problem. One of the guys cleaned the problem up about 3/4 then I stopped them because I didn't want them to scratch my paint up too much, by using a half soap brushin the sun. Then the manager had the nerve to look at me, like I shouldn't be pointing what they missed out. And I will be calling or going to make a complaint. I noticed that I haven't seen the head manager Ron that used to be there in a while, since he's been gone, the service have been like I'm not one that normally do reviews, but I was so pissed off yesterday. As the morning drew on, someone set up a BBQ truck on the sidewalk and started smoking, and then the rest of their clientele began to trickle in: Corvettes, Cadillacs, Lexuses, Mustangs, Chargers, all lining up and packing the lot! I was actually really surprised that no one broke away from my little Suzuki SX4 to jump on those vehicles. My car was splattered with butterfly guts from the rainforest, my floor boards were covered in white sand from the beaches of Tampico, and my wheel wells smeared with south Texas red clay. By the time these guys were finished, they had done a better job than any other detailer I've taken it to sob the states. The manager here is exceptional. I was thinking of canceling my contract but was easily persuaded to take a 6 month deal where I paid for 6 months of the most extensive service and got the 2nd 6 months free. This made my new top of the line, yearly contract much cheaper than I was paying for the cheapest deal. The staff are also, all very friendly. I highly recommend this car wash
