I use my sauna 5 times a week without steam and 2 days with. Hardley ever miss a day. The Vigor however is an everyday thing, sometimes twice a day even in the winter. It is much harder to get into, you have to pump yourself up a bit, but the benefits are unbelievable. I am 65 years old and both of these are an absolute must. When I go on a vacation and miss even just a couple of days, I begin to feel it the difference and the first thing I do when I get back is a 40-degree plunge in my Vigor, followed later on with a 190-degree sauna in my Tylo! It's a beautiful thing!! East Texas Spa delivered and professionally set them up at no extra cost. I would HIGHLY recommend everyone to use them for all their sauna and spa needs. And if you do not yet know the benefits of cold-water exposure, and what the release of cold-shock proteins can do for your body, look into it. When we moved back to Tyler first thing was to purchase a hot tub. I looked at 4 different company's and was impressed with the Master hot tub. It was a hard decision considering it was a lot more expensive then the others. My wife was the one that talked me into buying the master hot tub. I am extremely pleased that she did. This hot tub has been a dream. By far the lowest maintenance tub I have ever had. It requires this least amount of chlorine and when you get in it you don't smell like something chlorine bath. I only had one issue with the controlls and called for service. They schedule a call right away, but I saw a article on the space shuttle where they rebooted to fix a problem. So I tried that and it fixed my problem. So 5 stars to master hot tubs. I am very pleased and use it at least 5 times a week for the last 1 1/2.

We interviewed 8 companies and chose All About Pools because of Jayson Furr the project manager. We met with him initially in his office in Tyler. He was sitting in his truck waiting on us when we arrived. I liked him immediately! He was in his work clothes and I could tell he was a hard worker. We had a meeting and we had a budget. Out of the eight companies, there were two bids lower than Jayson. One bid came in after we had already met with Jayson and we decided to stay with Jayson. We showed him the lower bid that we had from the other company and he worked with us and came down a little bit closer to that bid. We were very appreciative of that. He came out, looked at everything, flew his drone over. We came to an agreement over the money, signed the contract, the very next day early in the morning he was there with this crew working. They would work in the cold and the rain. Jayson answered the phone every single time we called if for some reason, he couldn't answer he would immediately call us back. No matter how simple the question was or how many times we called, he was always very polite very patient and very very customer friendly. We trusted him. We trusted him with our retirement monies that we had saved for this project. We always wanted a beautiful spa and pool. We also met the owner. The owner explained to us how important his customers were to him. He's been in the business over 40 years. The company is part of Better Business Bureau bonded and insured, and presented all of that evidence to us in the folder that was given to us. He had pages of references that we could check. Even though the owner had had some health issues, he came out to the job site to look at everything and talk to us and thanked us for picking his company. We should be done with the job tomorrow. They poured plaster today and will do the acid wash and we can start to fill tomorrow. The pool and the new spa has transformed our backyard. We are beyond thrilled. We are also beyond thrilled with the customer service and the quality of work that was provided to us. We have encountered nothing but professionalism from all of the workers that he contracts with. They are all hard-working and very polite. This is our first pool and spa. We moved from out of state less than a year ago so we had to start from scratch to find a pool company.
