When we moved back to Tyler first thing was to purchase a hot tub. I looked at 4 different company's and was impressed with the Master hot tub. It was a hard decision considering it was a lot more expensive then the others. My wife was the one that talked me into buying the master hot tub. I am extremely pleased that she did. This hot tub has been a dream. By far the lowest maintenance tub I have ever had. It requires this least amount of chlorine and when you get in it you don't smell like something chlorine bath. I only had one issue with the controlls and called for service. They schedule a call right away, but I saw a article on the space shuttle where they rebooted to fix a problem. So I tried that and it fixed my problem. So 5 stars to master hot tubs. I am very pleased and use it at least 5 times a week for the last 1 1/2.

We interviewed 8 companies and chose All About Pools because of Jayson Furr the project manager. We met with him initially in his office in Tyler. He was sitting in his truck waiting on us when we arrived. I liked him immediately! He was in his work clothes and I could tell he was a hard worker. We had a meeting and we had a budget. Out of the eight companies, there were two bids lower than Jayson. One bid came in after we had already met with Jayson and we decided to stay with Jayson. We showed him the lower bid that we had from the other company and he worked with us and came down a little bit closer to that bid. We were very appreciative of that. He came out, looked at everything, flew his drone over. We came to an agreement over the money, signed the contract, the very next day early in the morning he was there with this crew working. They would work in the cold and the rain. Jayson answered the phone every single time we called if for some reason, he couldn't answer he would immediately call us back. No matter how simple the question was or how many times we called, he was always very polite very patient and very very customer friendly. We trusted him. We trusted him with our retirement monies that we had saved for this project. We always wanted a beautiful spa and pool. We also met the owner. The owner explained to us how important his customers were to him. He's been in the business over 40 years. The company is part of Better Business Bureau bonded and insured, and presented all of that evidence to us in the folder that was given to us. He had pages of references that we could check. Even though the owner had had some health issues, he came out to the job site to look at everything and talk to us and thanked us for picking his company. We should be done with the job tomorrow. They poured plaster today and will do the acid wash and we can start to fill tomorrow. The pool and the new spa has transformed our backyard. We are beyond thrilled. We are also beyond thrilled with the customer service and the quality of work that was provided to us. We have encountered nothing but professionalism from all of the workers that he contracts with. They are all hard-working and very polite. This is our first pool and spa. We moved from out of state less than a year ago so we had to start from scratch to find a pool company. We highly recommend All About Pools and Jayson Furr for any of your needs. They do a tremendous job and are very hard-working. Also, Jayson is there every day on the job overseeing and working beside the people that he has contracted with. The project was completed within time promised, despite weather issues. We have been working with this company for over a year to get issues resolved and come to an…read moreagreement. Issues range from out of spec installation of fiberglass Shell (as confirmed by Latham) to incorrect installation of blower (we get water coming out the blower and electrical box when in spa mode). The concrete work cracked within a month and there are large chunks of Styrofoam that are presenting themselves just under the surface. The incorrect installation of the shell and the lack of a drain (sump pump or daylight drain) voided the lifetime warranty with Latham. The company has refused to address major project issues and is now hoping that ignoring me the issue will go away.
