If I only could give -10, I totally would. The owner is so rude!! He has 0 people skills. Treats customers with disrespect. To a basic question, his answer is "You are wasting my time and I can do anything I want because I can". This is what he says when the store is empty. How much of his time did I take? Not even a minute! He has no reason to be so rude and disrespectful to other people. He needs to sell online and never deal with customers in person. For any negative reviews about the owner, what you don't understand is that he has a dry sense of humor, and runs his store with a strict and clean business model. Rowdy tourists are not his specialty, but his wine/ liquor selection is the best, as are his prices. Hands down this is the best store to buy libations on island. I'm only putting one star because I can't put zero. The owner, Munther, was rude and disrespected our group. My boyfriend is 24 and has an out of state ID (we are here on vacation) and the owner berated him and our friends about his ID being fake. We gladly left and went down the street to Hurricane Liquor where we were treated great. Would highly recommend giving Hurricane Liquor your business compared to Time Saver. A convenience store with a better than average selection, including a variety of wines and cigars. Wines vary from inexpensive "supermarket" labels to higher-priced, fine wines. I hear the cigars are of good quality. They also feature a charcuterie case of sorts -- mostly Boars Head cheese & cured meats, nothing special but would definitely serve the purpose of an impromptu wine/cheese gathering while vacationing. Also available are other typical convenience store items, including some higher end snacks and beverages. Staff was pleasant if not a tad preoccupied/disinterested. We had a bit of difficulty finding it the store and tried to call to get the exact location. Our call went unanswered, but when we did arrive a minute or two later, the clerk was standing at the counter reading. Perhaps she'd been helping someone and couldn't answer when we called, but going by her demeanor while we were there, I think not. Overall, certainly a less run-of-the-mill option than a Circle K or 7-11. read more

Incredible gem on this island. Mondher will spend any amount of time getting to know you and help you get what you want even if it means sending you somewhere else or finding a restaurant or fresh fish. Wine selection is surprising to say the least. Ask Mondher what's good this week. The first time I went there he opened a wine for me to taste then sent someone to get us chocolate cake. It was great cake too. The wine i bought was limited 200 cases and special. Yesterday saw a '70 Bordeaux there! 6 stars. read more

Time Saver is a great little store on the island that offers all kind of convenience items but also specializes in fantastic wine selections. Mondher really goes out of his way to personalize wine selections to your palette. So I go in to get some beer for a friend, couldn't remember what it was called so I took a pic to be sure I was getting the right thing. Then the guy behind the counter started yelling at me about taking pictures of prices?!?! turns out it was the right beer, but he wanted it in the big cans. the guy behind the counter told me there wasn't such a thing, they only come in glass.
