Who ACTUALLY likes going to the dentist?!?!…read more I, for one, have always HATED going to the dentist!!! I try to avoid going as much as I possibly can. BUT... My parents have always taught me... give credit... where credit is due... And let me tell ya'll... Dr. Pattni at Pasadental in Pasadena, TX is deserving of all credit, with how amazing of a dentist he is... he truly makes you feel like if you are family. As if he is taking care of one of his own family members. He's so detailed in everything, explaining everything that is going to be done and even as he's working on you, he's letting you know what is being done, what you might feel, what is next... it truly shows that he cares for you as his patient. And it's not even JUST Dr. Pattni... himself... but his entire staff... From the moment you step foot into the office... you are greeted with a warm and welcoming hello and smile... you see that receptionist's smile and you're like... "okay gurl... I see you... I want that kind of smile too... I must be at the right place..." hahaha Oh yeah... before I forget... a BIG thing about me is, how long do you have to wait when you already have an appointment set. Both times I've been there, I haven't had to wait more than 5 mins before they are calling my name. I thought that was a thing of the past... because it seems like you always have to wait at least 30 to 45 mins after your appointment time to actually be seen. But nope... not at Pasadental... at least not in my experiences. I've walked in, signed in, and was in a dental chair within 10 mins or so. That alone makes my day. As soon as you sit down, the nurse (if I'm not saying that correctly, I'm sorry...) but she starts to get you ready instantly and is asking you... how do you feel? Would you like the remote to watch TV (another WOW factor... I almost watched half a Netflix movie getting my procedure done... LOVE IT!!!), would you like a blanket... believe me when I tell you... it doesn't feel like a dentist visit... it's more of a zen spa feel... and then oh yeah by the way, we'll be drilling into your teeth and giving you a beautiful smile at the same time. What more could you ask for?!?! So I'll leave you all with this... If you're looking for a dentist that isn't just going to make you feel like another number in the books... but instead make you feel as though a family member is about to work on their favorite cousin's or uncle's teeth, then Dr. Pattni and his staff at Pasadental is the team you're looking for. Hands down one of the BEST EXPERIENCES I've EVER had at a dental office and I can't wait to go back. And no I'm not sharing a picture of my smile because half my face is still number from the fillings I had to get... She ripped down between 2 of my teeth on the top row in front. When she was cleaning them, she split the bottom edge of my tooth. Not long after the visit I began eating. The tooth edge where she split it chipped off. I now have a chip located on the outer bottom edge of the tooth. Also, last year this same dental hygienist chipped off one of my lower front teeth in the back with a dental probe while also cleaning my teeth. This now causes me distress, because I can feel the tooth damage every time I run my tongue against my teeth. I won't be coming back again to Castle Dental on Fairmont parkway. Castle Dental has a good dentist Dr. Craig Mclure at this location, but not a good dental hygienist. I will be going somewhere else to have my teeth cleaned. Even if it means finding a new dentist somewhere else, I refuse to let that same dental hygienist clean my teeth.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Hatcher for years now, I'm talking 8+ years and they are the sweetest people you will ever meet. They treat you like family and do the best work around. I haven't had any major surgeries but my parents have and every time has been a success. I go in every 6 months for a teeth cleaning and that's a perfect schedule to keep your teeth looking good and healthy. If you are in need of a good dentist please give Dr. Hatcher a visit and they will take great care of you. How did we get so many cavities in just 6 months!? Once we started that process and had a few filled, we decided to get a 2nd opinion at our previous dentist. We scheduled a cleaning and ZERO cavities were found. ZERO! Stay away from this place unless you have money to burn or enjoy unnecessary dental procedures.
