I called a few days before to do a free trial, we set the date and everything was planned. I…read morearrived for the trial and as i walked in the heavy set older woman behind the counter stared at me as I approached, angry face . I felt uncomfortable and out of place with how she was looking at me. I told her I was here for my two-year-old trial and she said she doesn't have my name written down and I just now wanting to do it? I told her no that I've been texting with someone, Erin, and set it up with her. She got my name and pointed me to the door and that was it. Very rude and unpleasant, made me very uncomfortable. Then they have a tiny little window you can look through to watch your child, but all the moms are surrounding it. Only one mom was nice to me and knew that I was trying to see if my little girl was even interested so I could peek through the window every now and then. Just then another lady came and stood right in front of me and I couldn't see anything just very inconsiderate. Not sure why this place has a five star review!

This place is absolutely wonderful!!…read more From the day we walked in it felt like we became a part of the "dance family!" So many of these places now just heard the kids through like cattle. NOT this place! After the first class I think everyone that worked there already knew my daughters name. We started with my almost four year old. She LOVED it from day one! The teachers are absolutely incredible! After my two year old watched our oldest enough times, she started wanting to take dance class. She in VERY introverted so we thought there was no way she would do it. They held an open house one Saturday, and we took our two year old. Literally one of the instructors scooped up our two year olds hand with a huge smile on her face, and started teaching her. She LOVED IT. We signed her up but we still weren't sure if she would like it. Well she didn't like it, she LOVED it! So now our almost four year old and two year old both go here. Everyday they wake up asking if they get to go to dance class today! I've even had text conversation with the OWNER helping me sign up or answer questions. That's unheard of these days. There are MANY studios in the Keller/Southlake area, but I can promise you, this is the best one!!!

This gym is decent for the price, but it definitely has its drawbacks. The monthly membership cost…read moreis reasonable, although keep in mind there is an annual fee that wasn't clearly mentioned when I signed up. The staff is generally friendly, which is a plus. The cardio movie room is a nice feature, but they tend to play the same movies month after month, year after year and most of the entire selection seems geared toward a male audience. Annoying. My biggest complaint is cleanliness. The gym could do a much better job maintaining and sanitizing equipment for a gym open 24 hours. I would strongly recommend wiping down any machine before and after using it. I saw the same gum wrapper in the treadmill I use 4 days in a row. And this was recent. Cleanliness of equipment has been an issue since they opened. Overall, it's not a bad gym for the money, the staff is kind but if cleanliness and parking are important to you, there are definitely other options in the area.

I've been going to this gym for over a year now, and recently I had an experience that feels very…read moreunfair and shitty on their part The gym offers a 1-2-3 referral program: Refer 1 person get an EOS t-shirt Refer 2 people get 3 months free membership Refer 3 people get 1 year free membership The only condition stated on their referral sign-up sheet is: "All qualifying referrals must be made within the same calendar month and need to stay a member for the next 90 days."(See attached photo). Even ChatGPT says nothing about the referring member. Based on this, I referred 3 of my friends, and they all signed up on the same day. Now I'm being told by staff that the referral program only applies during my first month as a member. This was never mentioned anywhere--not on the website, not on the referral sheet, and not verbally when I asked about it beforehand. Before referring my friends, I even called the gym to confirm the details, and no one mentioned this limitation. During my friends' sign-ups, the sales rep took my information (email and phone number) and assured me he would submit everything to management and that I'd hear back within a week. I never received any communication. When I followed up, I was told that only one of my referrals was counted. What happened to the other two? There has been no clear explanation. At this point, it feels like the gym is trying to avoid honoring the 1-year free membership reward. The written terms only refer to the qualifying referrals and say nothing about restrictions on the referring member's membership timeline. This situation is frustrating and misleading, and feels like they are cheating their way out of the perk.

UPDATE: Until this organization is under new management, I…read morecan not in good conscience recommend it to anyone... As things stand right now, this is not a godly company. It is toxic and corrupt. I ask that you please pray for them. Thank you. -------------------------- I was a part of this organization for 7 years. So let's start with the GOOD qualities... * 1. If you want to be a "triple threat" (one who has experience with acting, dance, and vocal training), this is an ok place to start. You will learn the very basics of all three. Having this training will look great on any performer's resume... * 2. A chance to perform in front of an audience. It's always good to have stage experience. It helps you to grow as a performer.... Now... let's get to the BAD qualities... * 1. None of the teachers have special training in the arts. Many of them just grew up within the organization, starting out as students and then working their way up to leadership positions. So if you want to be taught by a professional performer with a degree, you're not going to find it here... * 2. YOU WILL SPEND A POOP LOAD OF MONEY. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING. NOT JUST THE CLASSES.. SHOW CLOTHES, TRAVELING, "PRODUCTION FEES" (even as a paid WORKER I had to pay the "production fee" of $100.) It makes you wonder where all the money is going... * 3. The music material is overdone. They choose to perform to the same music every season. They might add two new songs, but the rest are embarrassingly outdated... * 4. CPAC use to have a teacher that taught multiple forms of dance. But unfortunately, she has since left the company, so now the only form of dance they teach is "show choir". And to be honest, it gets old very fast... * 5. The choir's performing apparel is god awful. The outfits are absolutely horrendous... * 6. The way the director treats her employees.. here's my own personal experience.. I was definitely taken advantage of while working for this company. I started officially teaching there when I was 16, and since it was my first job, I had no idea what I should have been getting paid. I was a performing arts teacher there and top performer in the company's professional band for about 4 years. I also did some directing and stage managing for many of the shows. I worked way over 40 hours if you include teaching multiple classes throughout the week, band rehearsal, class rehearsals, and performances... All of that... And I was only getting paid $300 a month......... a MONTH..... FOR ALL THAT WORK... it was a learning experience for me when it comes to performing, but also when it comes to being screwed over.... On top of all that, I had to pay for the show clothes, fancy makeup, traveling expenses, etc... *** So here's my final word. Basically, feel free to take classes there for a year maybe, just to learn the basics of performing. Plus it looks good on an acting resume. But don't stay there too long! It will take over your entire schedule! It keeps you busy beyond belief!! It's only good for a short amount of time. Then you have to move on and take classes elsewhere. Keep adding to your resume and grow in the performing arts. Don't let anyone stunt your growth as a performer. Keep moving forward to bigger and better things.

I'll give credit where credit is due. This organization is a HUGE part of my personal testimony;…read moresome good, but mostly bad. I started as a student of this organization at the age of 9. I loved Jesus and was young in my faith. I had a passion for performing arts and wanted to use my passions for Jesus. At first I LOVED IT. The teachers were fun and kind. All my closest friends were there. The director seemed a bit tough and critical at times, but she was a leader so she must have a good reason for making kids cry and feel bad about themselves. But by the time I was 13 I started realizing something was TERRIBLY wrong. I was asked to be a teacher (at THIRTEEN) and apart of their professional group UNITY. I was asked to go to online school so I could dedicate all my time there. Soon I was in meetings with the director Marcia Hall almost daily. She would spend that time criticizing every member of the group in front of one another. She would scream, name call, gaslight, and manipulate. This woman's Motto was "my way or the highway". If anyone disagreed they were thrown out and blamed for being terrible Christians. She controlled every aspect of my life (what to wear, say, think, believe, post). I remember being told I couldn't talk to anyone who decided to leave or be friends with them anymore. She constantly was talking trash about the parents and telling us how they didn't know how to raise their OWN KIDS, so she had to teach them what was right. She hid behind the Bible and used it to shame, scare, and control. I remember Bible study after Bible study with her where she used the Bible to show me why I was a sinner and needed to be better. I received no grace from her. I was promised I would be paid when I was 16. By that time I was working 40 hours a week and paid 100 a month IF she remembered. If anyone questioned why they hadn't received a paycheck she would call them greedy. I felt like I couldn't leave because she would guilt us into staying and say terrible things about kids that chose to go. I left at age 17 because God spoke clearly to me that this was not who He was. He wasn't legalistic... he was full of grace and love. So I have Marcia to thank for showing me what poor leadership looks like. God used this experience to deepen my love for and understanding of Him. I'm currently getting my bachelors in worship leadership and am considering getting my masters. I suppose Marcia could call me lazy... but it's just not the truth. I gave her 8 dedicated years of my life. Blood, sweat, tears, MONEY, and years of endured abuse. But I learned better, realized what spiritual and emotional abuse looks like (I guess that's just "hard work" to her) and I left. I guess she's mad about me deciding I needed healthy boundaries. Look up narcissist... that's her. I write this review with the heart and intention to protect these little ones as God commands us to do. I pray God would show her how she's hurt hundreds of kids and change her heart. But until that happens do not send your kids here. There are plenty of other Christian performing arts organizations that you can send your kids to. Abusive director/founder Was there from 2008-2016
