She values the health, both spiritual and physical, of her students and joyfully pours into each one. Her love for ballet is contagious, and I have watched time as again as she builds her dancers up in loving, knowledgeable instruction. On another note, she has trained literally hundreds dancers of varying physical abilities, including dancers with special needs. She ensures that every dancer has equal opportunity to grow and learn, and feel beautiful (or handsome) every step of the way. She progressed so much from those two days a week. they go over a Bible story which is beautiful!! They have a spring recital at the end and you see all of their progress from the start of the ballet season. I told her I was here for my two-year-old trial and she said she doesn't have my name written down and I just now wanting to do it? I told her no that I've been texting with someone, Erin, and set it up with her. She got my name and pointed me to the door and that was it. Very rude and unpleasant, made me very uncomfortable. Then they have a tiny little window you can look through to watch your child, but all the moms are surrounding it. Only one mom was nice to me and knew that I was trying to see if my little girl was even interested so I could peek through the window every now and then. NOT this place! After the first class I think everyone that worked there already knew my daughters name. We started with my almost four year old. She LOVED it from day one! The teachers are absolutely incredible! After my two year old watched our oldest enough times, she started wanting to take dance class. She in VERY introverted so we thought there was no way she would do it. They held an open house one Saturday, and we took our two year old. Literally one of the instructors scooped up our two year olds hand with a huge smile on her face, and started teaching her. She LOVED IT. We signed her up but we still weren't sure if she would like it. Well she didn't like it, she LOVED it! So now our almost four year old and two year old both go here. Everyday they wake up asking if they get to go to dance class today! I've even had text conversation with the OWNER helping me sign up or answer questions. That's unheard of these days. There are MANY studios in the Keller/Southlake area, but I can promise you, this is the best one!!!

My biggest complaint is cleanliness. The gym could do a much better job maintaining and sanitizing equipment for a gym open 24 hours. I would strongly recommend wiping down any machine before and after using it. I saw the same gum wrapper in the treadmill I use 4 days in a row. And this was recent. Cleanliness of equipment has been an issue since they opened. Overall, it's not a bad gym for the money, the staff is kind but if cleanliness and parking are important to you, there are definitely other options in the area.

I've been going to this gym for over a year now, and recently I had an experience that feels very…read moreunfair and shitty on their part The gym offers a 1-2-3 referral program: Refer 1 person get an EOS t-shirt Refer 2 people get 3 months free membership Refer 3 people get 1 year free membership The only condition stated on their referral sign-up sheet is: "All qualifying referrals must be made within the same calendar month and need to stay a member for the next 90 days."(See attached photo). Even ChatGPT says nothing about the referring member. Based on this, I referred 3 of my friends, and they all signed up on the same day. Now I'm being told by staff that the referral program only applies during my first month as a member. This was never mentioned anywhere--not on the website, not on the referral sheet, and not verbally when I asked about it beforehand. Before referring my friends, I even called the gym to confirm the details, and no one mentioned this limitation. During my friends' sign-ups, the sales rep took my information (email and phone number) and assured me he would submit everything to management and that I'd hear back within a week. I never received any communication. When I followed up, I was told that only one of my referrals was counted. What happened to the other two? There has been no clear explanation. At this point, it feels like the gym is trying to avoid honoring the 1-year free membership reward. The written terms only refer to the qualifying referrals and say nothing about restrictions on the referring member's membership timeline. This situation is frustrating and misleading, and feels like they are cheating their way out of the perk.
