Now I'm being told by staff that the referral program only applies during my first month as a member. YOGA instructor looked perfectly capable of showing us the poses - yet marched around the room shouting out what to do without doing the poses herself in front of the class on the raised dias like most of the instructors do. I asked a couple questions and then she singled me out, saying something to the effect of "if you wouldn't keep interrupting me maybe you would understand!" No one in the class had their arms in the same position and she kept yelling "PLANE!" It was pathetic - so I calmly stated: "I'm done." and rolled up my mat and left. This was within the first 10 minutes of class. I'm not going to put her name in here as I am not here to get anyone in trouble. I love EoS fitness they have the best equipment for your fitness goals and even have a pool and jacuzzi that I take advantage of because it's easier on my joints due to my rheumatoid arthritis. I have a membership for the personal fitness training but when I no longer needed it I've had a hard time canceling it. I have spoke to several people at the gym at least 5 occasions and called 3 times and they are still charging me. They take your routing number and checking account number so if you cancel, you have to cancel your bank account and open a new one. You can't just cancel your bank card. My trainer was fired from EOS Euless. I was not informed and I still have 17 sessions. Asked one of the trainers at my current location EOS North Richland Hills what I need to do to get my session with him. He asked one of the other people and they said I needed to go to Euless and speak with Danny, Went to Euless they told me that I did not need to come by and that they only needed to reinstate my sessions. When I signed up for personal trainer they stated you have to make sure you cancel in the 3 month so you are not charged after the 4th month, however to canceled by scanning in a code. They never canceled for another two months that I was charged. To cancel should not be hard when you sign up for 4 months why can't you guys end it. Since the manager JC at EOS North Richland Hill went to another location the gym is going down. Communication is not good. Went to get my Evolt 360 done and they do not have the correct paper. Yes, I have the app on my cell I use the paper to compare the prior months. Using the cell is hard to do my analysis. They fire light at the gym have been flashing for going on two weeks. I am so frustrated and angry with the way EOS has treated me. I signed up for PT for $50 every two weeks for a total of 8 sessions $400 total. I saw a 2 different personal trainers. EOS went through a personnel change and I got assigned another trainer (Robert). My 1st trainer was Quincy. Then he was gone without anyone letting me know. My first session with him was 15 minutes because he had someone else coming. The 2nd session was 30 minutes and he left abruptly. Robert was assigned to me and he was good. Mind you I signed up in July. EOS has now taken over $650 from my account for services and EOS didn't honor the contract. I spoke to 3 managers at the club and all I got was we have had a personnel shake up. One even said I fired most of them. He said to give him my name and number and he would get me refunded. This is very disappointing and frustrating. I just had shoulder surgery yesterday and I thought this would have been rectified by now. I enjoy the WaterFit but this makes me want to cancel my membership all together. I feel like EOS is stealing from me for something they did. Stay out of the pool and hot tub!!! Around 8-9 on aug 8th I went for a swim. I was the only person at the time and suddenly I found poop in the pool. I immediately got out and went to the shower. I called the front desk and let them know and to close down the pool. (I was not going to pick up shi and take it to the front desk in my wet bikini) The young man who answered said he will check on it and close the pool. Later on when I went to leave the night shift worker had just got there. I noticed people back in the pool!! I asked him about why it wasn't shut down and he said the other shift told him NOTHING and all he could do was let his boss know. I was mortified!!! I figured hey maybe they will do something about it the next day. NOPE!!! People were back in the pool!!! No shut down. No cleaning. By the point I'm sure any evidence had dissolved. I sent my concern to the gym but no response. Please people stay out of the pool and hot tubs. Even with pool chemicals added that does not get rid of poop. read more

I told them I couldn't afford the trainer fee but they brought one over to talk to me stating they were having a half price sale. Not so. I paid full @ 43.00 per hour and quit after one visit. Went in today to get it fixed they said my account was never active and they said "well fix it another time just go have a good workout" wasn't a good first impression but continued to go work out. I love this gym! The atmosphere is very energetic and positive. The moment you come in you get greeted by the friendly staff. The trainers are very knowledgeable and they help you out from creating a gym schedule to teaching you how to use the machine and even with nutrition. The bathroom and equipment are super clean. Now my favorite part of this EOS, because not all EOS are created equal, it has the most amazing recovery rooms. They have a CRYO room, which is my favorite because it helps with all my soreness after work out and massage chairs, that helps with any sore spot. They try and get you to sign up and literally PRESSURE you into doing it. EOS Fitness is a new gym in the North Richland Hills area. I've been a member since it opened and it has been a great experience so far. The gym is large with lots of equipment so even when it's busy, I haven't had any issues getting a machine or weights. They have cryo chairs, massage chairs, sauna, pool and hot tub so the value is definitely there. I also have a personal trainer. Bobby is amazing. Very encouraging and supportive. read more

I joined this gym a little over a month ago and have been working with my trainer, Braden O. at EOS NRH facility. I'm very happy with him and how he's training me. A couple weeks ago, I shared with him that l had a sore hip. Instead of continuing with our regular weight training session, Braden actually listened to me and took me through a series of stretches that has literally relieved my joint pain to date. He's very personable and enjoy what he's doing. I highly recommend him! read more

We had previously signed up for one weeks ago, but something came up & we were unable to it. Still interested in joining, we were hoping to at least try the gym before getting a membership. The assistant manager stated she did not know how that worked (mind you, we never used it) and went to get a manager. The manager was VERY rude and told us it had expired, we cannot get another pass, and were not able to tour this facility before she pushed us to either get a membership or leave. In September 2024, I visited this gym on a free pass for the very first time. I attended the Zumba class and during the cool-down stretch, lost my balance and tore my ACL. It hurt so bad, I became nauseous. No one, and I mean not one soul, offered to help or asked me if I was OK. It was so cold and cruel. As I was limping out of the gym, I saw the instructor and told him what happened. To which he responded that I was wearing the wrong shoes, could buy new ones through his discount, and should consider aqua Zumba because it's *still a Zumba party.* No one looked at my leg or asked me anything about my injury. I have been taking Zumba classes for years, injury-free. Today, I spoke to Jaci, the manager, which was just a CYA call on her part I'm sure, but at least she called back. When I told her I had to spend over $800 on an MRI and might need surgery, I was met with indifference. I will not return to this gym. I previously belonged to Lifetime, and while more expensive, at least they care about you as a person. read more
