The second I got my phone from them I was getting hundreds of spam calls over and over and over day and night I couldn't tell what number was important to the ones I didn't want to answer Non stop changed the number 2 hrs later it starts up again all hrs day and night ....Don't go through them spectrum is a deceiving company.... I returned there equipment shut the wifi off Went through a better company Got several phone calls from spectrum saying I still have there equipment No I don't But they still put that on my bill They try to force you to have automatic withdrawal to pay your bill and now are adding a 5$ fee for the people that don't set up automatic withdrawals. I would literally give a negative star review if I could. After years of bad service we moved to a better internet provider. We returned our equipment (wisely saving the receipt) but have been repeatedly billed for the equipment. I have been to the location three times in the last week to try to rectify their mistake and have been assured three times that it has been fixed only for it not to be corrected and I am still being charged nearly four hundred dollars...of which they will never see a penny...I am not paying for equipment I already returned. The last time the employee was rude, lazy, and abusive. Terrible service. Terrible customer experience. Terrible company. Avoid at all costs. Terrible terrible terrible. This internet works 2 out of the 30 days a month. They hit you with unexpected fees, the sign you up for things you never agreed upon and when you try to contact them for technical support online the automated responses give you the run around. All around terrible experience for an overpriced, useless service. I was on the phone with 7 different people today. Not a single one could get my internet so work. Should be paid by spectrum for how manny hours I've spent trying to get the service I PAY FOR to work with no success. Go with Armstrong. read more

This company rips people off. whenever you speak to someone about your bill they explain your bill and tell you an amount owed. you pay that. next month bill comes and it is a different amount, you call again. It's always something different as to why your bill is not what you were previoulsy told. This is the worst company I have had. Do not use them! read more

Difficult to find, small store, not visible, people jammed in.

Time Warner Cisco cable boxes suck. We've had nothing but trouble from them and lots of time without service because of them. I will be glad when our service agreement is up in July cause Dish is looking better and better. Of the three services we get, the Internet is the only one we haven't had trouble with. read more

Since spectrum has taken over we have had nothing but trouble! They have all those stupid commercials about how great they are and direct tv is bad caz you can't watch it in bad weather, well most days I can't watch tv without wasting 20 min. Unplugging & rebooting my box, same with the internet service! They made me use their modem and I can't even get internet upstairs! Spectrum is horrible I will be switching services along with a bunch of other people I have read so many complaints from loyal customers that have been with time warner for years! spectrum does not value their customers one bit! I called to get a 2 day extension because my bill is due 2 days before I get paid so after being told thank you for being a loyal customer for 4 years I was told there are no more extensions since spectrum took over( good job informing your loyal customers of this)! While times are hard and many people live paycheck to paycheck and now these money hungry jokes cant extend a bill 2 days is so stupid!!! I can't wait to see all the customers that drop spectrum due to this and their outrageous price spikes! I hope direct tv and dish put them out of business!
