As I said the phone service is good, but we left because we just could not take it anymore. We were getting charged for things we didn't have, so we switched phone providers and to do that we had to pay our phones off. No big deal right, YOU'D THINK! No months later we were getting charged from T-Mobile. We went into the store and like I said they are really helpful. We got on the phone with customer support and they got their supervisor to talk to us and everyone we talk to recognized the charges are not our fault, they even said IT WASN'T OUR FAULT. When we got (what they call a promotion) years back someone typed in something wrong so we are getting charged for something that is not our fault but instead of saying oh sorry, it's on us because we know it's our fault not yours they want to be greedy and get their money. Oh I years of complaints, but this is the biggest one.

I have been to the location three times in the last week to try to rectify their mistake and have been assured three times that it has been fixed only for it not to be corrected and I am still being charged nearly four hundred dollars...of which they will never see a penny...I am not paying for equipment I already returned. The last time the employee was rude, lazy, and abusive. Terrible service. Terrible customer experience. Terrible company. Avoid at all costs.
