Decided to try this place because it has great reviews but I was greatly disappointed. $150 for a basically 30 mins facial (for some reasons my facial wasn't on their menu). My facial was not relaxing at all, Vanessa didn't turn on the music for the whole time I was on the table, when doing extraction she didn't use the correct tool to get my black heads out, she just used two of her thumbs and the pressure of her both hands on my face, my face was in pain especially in the nose area. I asked her to be gentle and she kept pressing really hard, I asked her to show me if any of my black head coming out, she said: " you can't really see anything ". I didn't get 0 massage on my face (not even minimal massage). My whole experience wasn't relaxing or comfortable. I am also in the beauty industry, I've never treated any clients differently just because of how they look. My first time here and will never be back. Be careful if you're asian coming here, if you do make sure you flash your materials because they judge. They are the reason why the US is so divided right now. To the response of the owner Mellisa: I was not sensitive, if I was I'd have stopped her in the middle of service already...plus I've tried to get the black head out myself with the tool and it did not hurt like using fingers and kept on pressing down on people face. I'm giving this place 1 star for the seemingly friendliness of some of the staff, but I will not be back for any of their services. The first red flag should have been when I scheduled an appointment for a consultation and the aesthetician who performs the service was not there. After the appointment, I asked if they would have her to contact me. She did not. I followed up and inquired again if she would contact me. She did not. First red flag. I returned a month later for a chemical peel and received another red flag. They presented documents for signature and one document indicated if no results are received from the service no refund would be provided. I've never signed such a document for a chemical peel. Needless to say, I have no results from the service. My face/skin did not peel. At all. Not even a little. I haven't any results from this service. My face is the same. This was definitely money not well-spent. When I asked the degree of the peel - medium or deep, the aesthetician stated it would be less than a medium. I didn't realize that meant it would be nothing. There would be no peeling. I don't recommend the PCA Chemical Peel service. I've contacted them twice to communicate my experience but the call goes to voice mail. I decided to try this place because it has great reviews, but I was greatly disappointed. read more

Had my eyebrows (hybrid) done by Julieann and definitely loving the results. Julieann is very energetic yet calms you throughout the whole session. I wanted to get freckles removed from my face and seeing so many good reviews I came to this place. After getting the treatment the most disastrous part was that everyone in the place were so focused on selling their beauty products that they totally forgot to give me any after treatment care instructions. And the person at the front desk was the acting "specialist" and gave me an extremely wrong instruction. I ended up burning my face with a product they gave. I have done laser treatment for my freckles 2 times before. Never never experienced this kind of skin rash. And after 3 days of suffering and a swollen face I went to them and they owned up it was due to the product they gave in the first place. To be frank that product had absolutely nothing to do with the treatment itself. I would never recommend them to anyone. They need to be professionals and do their job first and not be sales people.
