Stay Away from Hudes if you value your time and money. My first treatment , everything was good. The practitioner was very pleasant. My second appointment she was rude and confrontational. She asked me if I thought the treatment was working and I told her that I did not see an improvement yet. At that point, she became confrontational. I expressed that it is just my opinion and that I still hoped to see an improvement. I told her I did not mean to upset her and not to take it personally. However, she got defensive. Then she rushed through my treatment and had a negative attitude the whole time. I guess once they get your money-they don't care. I wont ever be back. I was planning to come back for facials since it is conveniently located but now I will take my business (and money) elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

I spent $850 for removal of age spots and cannot see any difference. I had two previous laser treatments on the same areas in previous years and had marvelous results. I am afraid the doctor did not listen to what I wanted and had his own idea of what to do. I wanted the spots removed using the q-switch laser, he preferred to use the Ultra laser which did not remove the spots. Then their idea of helping me get the results is for me to pay for the treatment all over again and they would use a different laser. His assistant and front desk person are quite lovely warm and welcoming. But I don't pay that kind of money for a warm greeting from a stranger! read more

What a bad experience!! Signed up for upper lip and chin laser hair removal, overall not so good results after 6 months of laser plus for my skin burned and left a permanent scar, I will not recommend this to anyone at least not this ... As Janice states the skin will go back to normal, it never did I have a permanent scar now read more

Wonderful experience. I provide electrolysis hair removal in Forsyth county so I'm well educated on the hair removal process. I have light hair so laser is not an effective treatment for myself but I take my daughter in for her hair removal need. She gets electrolysis done in areas that have light colored hair but we use Hudes laser for her legs, underarms, and bikini area and I have been very impressed with the outcome. Not only do I trust them with my daughter but I also refer many clients to them if I feel that laser will be a better option for them or if they will benefit from a combination of electrolysis and laser. I didn't think most of my skin issues could be fixed, but so far I'm thrilled! I've been pretty happy with my Botox alternative (Botox itself doesn't work well for me). I also had good results with my laser hair removal. I am over-the-top ecstatic with the melasma treatment that unbelievably removed my severe sun damage. I'm now working on angioma removal (decent results so far) and going to sign up for a spider vein treatment. I feel much better about my appearance! Beware of this place! They do not honor the starting advertised price or " discounts " for military or medical personnel. I was told at my appointment by the Dr that he does not do tattoo removals for less than $175, even though the website states it starts at $100. They also then told me that there were no discounts available for the procedure at that time. These were not the only red flag for this establishment however, I had a late appointment due to my schedule and even though THEY offered the appointment time I had, they still called multiple times to get me to come in earlier, even though they were told I could not. When I did arrive, the Dr rushed me and the appointment and only seemed concerned with leaving for the day . I instantly realized how unprofessional this place was and declined to waist my time any further! I strongly suggest anyone considering this place to read and take in the multiple bad reviews and reconsider. There are a lot better options and more honest and professional establishments out there...This is not one of them! read more

Love this place and the friendly, respectful staff! I've been going here almost a year now and am almost done my series of laser hair removal treatments with the newest Alma Diode laser. WOW, I am blown away with the effectiveness and truly pain-free experience! I've done laser hair removal in the past with older model lasers at a different location and this experience with Hudes has been significantly better! Older machines were very painful and irritated my sensitive skin. Both machines offered at Hudes are essentially pain free and very effective. Hudes Laser Aesthetica also has a phenomenal staff and very affordable prices! They are super military friendly, which I love and appreciate. They offer a variety of services and incredible discounts for military, police, fire fighters, EMTs, teachers, school administrators, Groupon, etc. I have never seen a laser hair removal place offer such great discounts! They truly do appreciate their customers. They are always very considerate, polite and flexible. Overall, I've thoroughly enjoyed going here. I drive two hours away every appointment just to work with this very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff and to receive the latest and greatest laser hair removal from the Diode machine.
