I had Tanya do our engagement photos last year and the pictures came out stunning! I was worried that morning since it was very overcast and drizzly. But Tanya assured me when I had texted her about it that everything will come out beautifully especially because this type of weather makes for amazing lighting and photos. I was a bit doubtful but I am so glad that I had trusted her because the pictures did come out absolutely gorgeous! Tanya also has a very calm and professional, yet friendly and down to earth demeanor that allowed my husband/then-fiance and I to feel at ease while being posed for pictures but appearing natural at the same time. We really had no idea what we were doing and only asked that we did not appear too cheesy and posed. Tanya definitely kept our request in mind and still had plenty of ideas for different poses and types of pictures to shoot. She provided all of the information about cost, format, etc beforehand with examples of prior photos; discussed background options,etc. The photo session was in her studio where you could easily access the outdoors and have inside photo sessions. It was a comfortable experience. She took many photos and wanted to make sure that you were fully satisfied with your pictures. I am considering coming back for a family portrait at some point. The final results came out roughly a week later with touch ups for any stray hairs, tilted necklaces making the photo a breeze and easier to focus on the overall look rather than knitpick small areas.
