Do not go here if you purchased a Groupon. They will not honor it and will look for any way to slimeball their way out of it. I went in for lower leg hair removal and their doctor said he could not do it unless I also chose to get the hair on my thighs removed. I told him that's not what my Groupon was for and that he was just trying to tack services on. He said "ethically" he couldn't do it bc it would not look right. If I want laser hair removal on only one leg and not the other, that's my prerogative and not theirs. They are just mad bc I am using a Groupon and didn't want anything else. I was not disqualified from the service due to health or medical condition but solely bc the doctor thought "it wouldn't look right" if I only did my lower legs and not my entire legs. I came in with my Groupon asking for Laser Hair Removal, instead of up selling me he asked if I had Cysts in my Ovaries, I was shocked and said "Yes I do, I need surgery they are the size of Grapefruits" he said "that's the root of your hair issues, instead of treating the hair issue you need to treat that first! My experience with timeless skin care was the worst. I found a groupon and purchased laser hair removal for chin (unlimited visits). I went for my consultation and spoke to the doctor and ended up adding 6 sessions of laser hair for neck area and also purchased 2 PRP treatments with micro needling. I paid half of the balance that day and was to pay the other half on day of my treatment. They scheduled the laser hair one week out and the prp 4 weeks out because the doctor stated a specific NP to do the treatments because she was "the best." The first laser hair treatment was performed, there was no difference (but i know it takes multiple treatments). Fastforward to August for my PRP. I show up 10 minutes early to complete paperwork in the middle of a work week and they immediately ask for the other half of my payment. So i pay, fill out the forms. My appointment was at 11am... I waited for over an hour for the NP to show up, every excuse in the book, traffic, she lives far... okay fine. No problem. Treatment is completed and i ask to schedule the next one. Treatments have to be completed in a timeframe of 6 weeks apart. They tell me they dont have her schedule but will call me. I schedule the next time for October 5. Btw they had canceled my laser hair appointment twice now (supposed to be done every 6 weeks) so i schedule that on october 6. I get contacted via phone to see if i can move my appointment to friday at 1130 because i asked to be contacted if NP was late again because i work and i cant be waiting for an hour again. They move me to friday and guarantee ill be seen by this NP on friday october 9 at 1130. I ask about the laser hair and they say we can keep the 6th. The 6th comes, again i get a text the nurse is sick we need to reschedule. ( AT THIS POINT I HAVE BEEN RESCHEDULED 3 TIMES)I express concerns and ask if we can do it the the same day as the prp. The person tells me we can do the lhr on the 9th instead of prp. I tell them no keep the prp the treatment needs to be done on time to be affective. She then says the NP who does the treatment cant do it that day and i need to reschedule. At this time I am beyond annoyed and upset, why was i rescheduled from Monday to friday if you knew she was not available!? I now ask for a manager to call me that day. Nobody calls, i call the next day and they say shes aware and will call me. Day 3 i send a text saying i want my money back for services not rendered. She then tells me they will charge me the full price of treatment because the dr. Gave me a package deal (no he didnt) so my refund would be 275. I tell her that i split the payment and it was paid in full and screen shot the charge on august 28 for the second half. She tells me they have no records or notes for of me making this payment and will talk to the dr and call me monday! IN TOTAL I WAS RESCHEDULED 6 TIMES at this place. Was never contacted by a manager or a doctor and most communication was done via text. This was probably the worst experience I have had with customer service and even the treatment itself was a failure. I had one prp treatment with microneedling and saw no significant difference and was actually left with a dark scar on my upper lip which now im using bleaching cream on. If anyone is considering this place. I would tell you to RUUUN the other way. After finally speaking to the receptionist she refunded me the money and said the doctor apologizes and would still like to perform the laser hair removal i paid for through groupon. I informed her I requested a refund with groupon as well because i dont want to deal with them anymore. One of the worst experiences and lack of professionalism I have ever experienced. Which is disappointing because i was soc excited i finally pulled the trigger to clear up my acne scars. One the contrary - it's in a great location and the staff are all very knowledgeable with their field and have a great personality to go along with it. I purchased a groupon for 2 IPL sessions and when I went in for my consultation, I learned that IPL alone wasn't going to get rid of the broken capillaries in my face. Yes, the doctor upsold me additional services, but all at a very reasonable price when compared with other med spas. The lovely young woman at the front desk marked my groupons as used and I paid $700 for additional services. I did not receive treatment that first day and was told they would call me later that same day with my appointment time. I did not receive a call that day, or the day after and I began to panic and wonder if I had been scammed. I left a message indicating my concerns and the front desk staff explained that they had to reach out to the nurse who performs the procedures to get her schedule. Additionally, I had requested my appointment on a day that they are not usually open. The nurse, Donna came in on her day off for me and she is very talented at what she does. I was told that results from vein and IPL treatments can take weeks to show but I saw a difference immediately. Donna makes you feel instantly comfortable and she is very thorough in explaining the procedures. I got off to a bit of a rocky start at this clinic and I feel bad for barking at the front desk staff for not immediately getting back to me with an appointment time. My laser facial was extremely painful and ended with severe burns on my face and a partially missing eyebrow. They were very apologetic and assured me they would repair my face. I have called and left numerous messages, sent emails and have yet to hear anything back. They NEVER return calls as promised. I am now left with a noticeably discolored face. I went to this place when Katherine was here and she was amazing. Now that she is not there, this place is a mess!! I was reschedule twice for a PRP because they did not have the pen. They finally scheduled me for another appointment and when I went in, I was told that they did not have the pen, so I had to reschedule but that they would call me when they had the pen. Well, they never called me. I paid for the procedure back in January and today I thought that I was finally going to get the PRP and all of a sudden they have no record of me paying for the procedure!!! The lady was out sick and they had to reschedule me. Two weeks later again, same thing. One week later again, the same thing. By this time I'm done, I just want to cancel everything. Except I've already done a partial payment and they beat around the bush when I mention refund. I actually still haven't received my refund. I requested it Thursday and it is now Tuesday. They tried to charge me 445 dollars extra for a full removal of facial hair and recommended a non-standard treatment which made me nervous about safety. Before I could trade my groupon in for something else they activated it. Also they have two schedules. At first they could only fit me in a few months away and then I asked if they would be able to actually do the agressive treatment plan they suggested and they were like okay come in next week. read more

If I didn't have sessions left, I wouldn't return. So unorganized! This is the SECOND time I have taken time off, rearranging my schedule just to be sent away due to an error on their part. I scheduled an appointment for an IPL a few months back, got there and the esthetician said she doesn't do those in the summer....ok then why are they even scheduling them, wasting our time coming in?! That could have been caught when scheduled so I did g waste my time. Today I went in again to try and use the last of my package and was turned away Again!! Would not recommend this place. While Donna was amazing the scheduling was ridiculous! They were scheduling me every 4 weeks when it was supposed to be 6-8 weeks. Many times I wasn't able to get everything done at once and I live in Palm Springs. Then they schedule me on a day that there aren't any nurses on staff, so when I get there they have no idea why I'm there, they check the schedule and they claim my appointment was for the following week. I had the card they gave me showing the date they gave me. Guess they rescheduled me without notifying me! Then to top it off one of the other nurses I had burned a part of my tattoo because she didn't cover it or mark the area around it. Overall scheduling nightmare! They asked if I wanted to add more session when I completed all my treatments and I said NO!! read more

They had taken in a client AGAIN who was already previously there before me, to "finish" up her treatment... I guess she took a break inbtwn, but they took her in again instead of giving me my treatment first and then finishing up hers afterwards. No one apologized for the long wait either. I asked the front desk how much longer it would be and the secretary told me she doesn't know and I have the option to reschedule if I want... what the heck? Anyway, I heard many good things about the IPL Photofacial... but the treatment I received was useless. I don't remember who did my treatment but it was a tall white lady with blonde hair. She rushed me in since I told the front desk I've been waiting too long... she tried to start the treatment on me right away without even explaining it to me first, this was my FIRST time, mind you. She didn't even introduce herself to me, it was very awkward. She knew I had bought a groupon so it seems like she didn't really care to give me the best possible treatment. I noticed that if you buy groupon beauty deals, they sort of treat you like crap, basically, if you don't pay the "full" price, you won't get your money's worth. I'm sure a lot of people have the same experience. Anyway, she tried to get me to come back but pay full price... never did and never will. read more

I came into this place with an appointment of course, the wait time for the doctor was at least 30 mins in. When I had finally seen the doctor and was speaking to him the whole time he was just not at all professional and clear in what he was saying on how they go about treatment and the pricing. I was provided 3 different prices for only one area!? How is it possible? I had purchased a Groupon and on the Groupon I ensured that the amount I spent on there would cover what I was interested in getting done yet when I went in the doctor was suggesting for me to return my Groupon for no specific reason only that it made it more difficult for them to proceed with me all because of Groupon & pay about $300 more on top of it.Noticing that I was confused he went on to switch up what the process was and just told me a whole other amount that he wanted me to pay for the same area which was totaling about $800. I have never gotten laser done before so I was looking for this place to provide me with my first service because of the previous reviews that I had seen for them but at least for the doctor that I can speak of he seemed very off! I still wanted to hope that maybe he was just having an off day although knowing that if he has been in the industry for long that he should be able to remain professional. However when it came to the end of time talking to him he went on to say how my skin tone was easy to work with & how difficult it was for him to work with people of darker tone which I had heard about because of scarring but he just made me feel so uncomfortable & not confident in going under his care! I asked for a pricing sheet as well seeing that he had one in hand but before showing it to me he just scribbled the amount that was typed in & wrote the highest amount that he told me & went on to say that I wouldn't be able to get a copy of it because it's the office information which was very shady. So P.S.A be careful with this business place switching up pricing on you and having you just pay more than you should! Katherine Herzog is just plain amazing! I have been going to her for more than 4 years now. I travel to wherever she is because I trust her that much. I drive over an hour to see her most of the time. I have had many other people for botox and fillers, BUT they all wanted to upsell me, or did not know what they were doing, or were just doing an ok job. I always feel that I get exactly what I wanted, and be told the truth about the outcome - meaning she will truly counsel you to the why yes, or why not to do a certain thing. I've been coming to timeless since they first opened across the street. They've recently moved to a beautiful new office on the other side of the 6900 building. The staff is absolutely amazing including Dr Sannoufi. I highly recommend the pumpkin peel with Deanne. It's so relaxing and fun, my skins never looked better! I have had a series of laser treatments here including ablative, genesis, microneedling, IPL and laser hair removal. I had a significant amount of sun damage before I started. The treatment regimen recommended by Dr. Sam Sannoufi had better results that I ever expected. I can now go without makeup! While doing a full series of the cosmetic laser treatments can be expensive, Dr. Sannoufi worked with me and I was able to have the full regimen completed. I will not go anywhere else. read more

The best part of when you are waiting for your appointment is discussing how many times the clinic cancelled on you and then tried to make you pay for late cancellation fee, this place is literally a scam. Happened to me once, another lady 2 times, and the other lady once as well and she still had not received her refund for the cancellation fee 1 year later and just gave up on arguing with them. If you ever get laser treatment done and think you got good results remember it has nothing to do with the doctor or technique, its the machine that works for your body. Save your time and money and just find another clinic with the same machine. Do your research, the doctor has opened the clinic without using his medical license/DEA status, most of the nurses just have basic rn/np status with online certifications in aesthetics from non-accredited schools..basically just the BARE BASICS to even legally be opened. And forget the office manager, Kim, no accreditation/MBA at all nor is she a licensed practitioner "but has been working in the field for years". read more
