Allison as always very professional, gentle, and incredibly thorough. She explained every step, made sure I was comfortable with numbing, and the treatment felt manageable even though I was nervous. The PRP addition has my skin already feeling tighter and more radiant (even on day 1), and the redness/tightness is exactly what she prepared me for. She sent me home with excellent aftercare products, the Rescue Smoothing Complex and mask have been lifesavers for calming things down overnight. I felt completely taken care of. Today I returned for lip filler with Breanna. Breanna was kind, precise, and listened closely to my goal: subtle but noticeable plump with natural definition and that sexy perk. She checked my healing skin from the microneedling and confirmed it was safe to proceed. The injections were quick and comfortable, and my lips already look fuller and more balanced, I'm so happy with the natural result! Both Allison and Breanna are skilled, caring, and knowledgeable. It is fascinating that once you book a service with her, you have to call and remind her every time that you go there. Once I had an appointment at 9 am on Saturday, it was closed, I called her several times until she picked up and I reminded her of my presence. I waited for half an hour in rain until she came and did not even bother apologizing for forgetting my appointment and showing up late. Today the same happened, I reminded her early morning, and drove 25 min and arrived at 6 pm and the place was closed as usual. she had turned off her phone not to receive a call or message. I had told her that I had already canceled another appointment at work to go there but she totally overlooked. I do not recommend her and her service at all. She is apparently working in another place in Irvine and Beauty Therapy in Riverside is where she negligently work with no respect for customer's time.

If you take the stairs, they will be located on your left. There's a sign that says 1 guest per patient due to COVID. *Service: Melissa was nice and direct with me. Front desk staff was okay. Some people wore masks and some didn't. The atmosphere is cool. Wait times will vary. PROS: they were able to slot me into an appointment the following day. CONS: not open on the weekends.

Another time she told me I'm not allowed to use my own lidocaine for my laser hair removal before I come in. I told her that the doctor said it's fine and she said "Well it's not, don't let it happen again" huh? Ok weirdo, not listening to you. But other than that they are great. Sometimes they run behind because they have a lead Dermatologist onsite who does actual medically necessary procedures in office. You can't rush those things. Also my laser girl doesn't rush me so that's probably why there is a wait some days because they actually care to talk to you and ask questions.

We then discussed what needed touching up and she completely understood and got me in touch with their specialist who came out especially for me within 2 days of her calling me. He was AMAZING and I didnt feel a thing. I am completely grateful for the 5 star treatment as well as the quick turnover time. I feel that it completely made up for any lack of communication and cant thank them enough. In this day and age where it's like pulling teeth to get a business to correct errors, it is refreshing to come across one that goes out of their way for their clients. They have earned my future business for sure.
