Welp, the joke was on me. The day before my appointment she texted me saying she needed to cancel my appointment because "she had another job." I mean, at least pretend to care about my business! Saying that you need to cancel my appointment because you had a better job come along is just a very poor business model and does not feel good to the paying customer. Now I'm left scrambling to try to find a different spray tan place at the last minute. She is so kind and fun, very flexible and I love that the sticky feet are included. Vibes are super good, the store is well manicured and has a calming vibe. It's super easy to scheduled apts and stuff online which I love haha. I also recently updated to include Red Light Therapy with my subscription which I am really loving as well. Management shows they dont care. Numerous times the nice young ladies cut out early or spend time chatting endlessly as I wait for a tanning bed and I dont complain. My Black Credit Card charged incorrectly and have to call them on the mistake, time consuming with no consideration for my time.

The salon is clean and cozy, the price considering my add ons (I also did the hydration spray) seemed reasonable, and the shade is beautiful and very natural looking. The only thing I wish were different is the creases I have on my wrists and marks on my heels. She did apply a drying powder and wiped my hands and feet with wet wipes, but those areas look a bit streaky. Overall though, I've gotten several compliments on how natural it looks and I'm glad that I went! I'll be back.
