Notified the motherboard had damage to the CPU pins (which is not a common occurrence at all since the CPU never moves). Notified the HSC employee I would like either the company with the device or themselves to ensure the components were placed back in their appropriate locations. While the employees were polite, I received the computer back with the shell, all boards, 4 extra ram sticks (RAM and SSDs removed prior), cpu and gpu thrown in a box loosely without any ESD bags. They honestly told me they couldn't fix it because they didn't have the equipment necessary for an iPad but recommended another computer repair shop which could make the repair. That shop did a great job at a very reasonable price. This shop is honest, as fast as they can be, and the prices are very reasonable. I recommend them.
