I had explained to him that a previous installer did a botched job and that I have new equipment so I wans't interested in buying new ones he totally understood my situation and was very accomodating. when he and his crew arrived we spoke and he addressed all my concerns. the work they did was excellent. They fixed all my prior issues mounted a new A/V rack fixed all my previous botched cabling and now everything works great. They have been to my home twice since to fix and install new gear that was not installed correctly by the previous installer. American AV! We had nothing but great experience with American AV LLC. It was big size project that was done painless and without any hiccups. We wanted easy to use system with audio speakers in most of our rooms including pool and deck areas. We were able to play music apps such as Spotify, Pandora and even our music library with easy interface via Control4 automation system. Arnas was very patient in explaining all capabilities of installed system and paid attention to our preferences. Excellent! Arrived on time and performed the work perfectly. American AV LLC team was friendly, professional, and did a great job mounting my tv's on the walls, set up Luxul router with multiple access points throughout the house . I had used BestBuy at my old house but they didn't hide the wires in the walls or even mentioned it as an option. With American AV LLC we had AV rack put in the basement as centralized location for our cable boxes, multiple audio receivers and Binary video matrix were placed inside AV rack which allowed us to share video sources throughout 5 TV's. My basement had already been finished. I purchased bose lifestyle and a 75" LG TV. I had no idea about how to mount the tv and the speakers on the wall and run the cables through the walls as well. I can't say enough about how happy I am with American AV LLC. We had several companies come out and give us estimates to install a home theater system in our single home. We had a great experience with Arnas. My dad is disabled an cannot do too much physically. Arnas installed a Ring pro doorbell with the Chime and an additional Ring wired camera in the house for us. After it was installed he went over everything with him and help set up the app and show him how to use it properly on his phone. Arnas did such a great job remounting my tv and hiding all the wires and putting in an electrical outlet. I'm very happy with the professional job he did.
