I brought it on a Monday and a woman was working, I think she was assisting, I do not think she does the repairs. She jotted down my phone number and asked if I would like a phone call when it was finished, in which I replied yes. She said it should be between $24-28 and take a few days. On Thursday I did not yet receive a phone call so I called to check if it was finished, which it was. I popped in the mall, paid just under $30, and was on my way. The man who does repairs is a charming and friendly gentleman that I feel good about supporting. My only qualms are the slight difference in price estimate and no phone call. Reasonable prices & quick repairs!! Nice little repair shop. Also has lovely jewelry for sale!

Another gentleman walked in, a salesperson immediately came up and talked to him, you know, like a typical salesperson is supposed to do. Hmmmmmm... Did that guy look like he had money and I didn't? (For the record, I could afford to buy half the store if I chose to.) Did they not see me because I was not a white, tall guy? Maybe. This being near the Landfill/Wrightsville areas, full of hoytie/toytie people, I wouldn't doubt it. Anyway, they lost a sale today and many future sales. Then the couple left. Sounds great right? Unfortunately, the vibe changed. The lady that was helping me asked him to help us. The Bad- The salesman came over to help us.
