Josh handled his tattoo gun/tools/instruments/ink with utmost professionalism and cleanliness. This was my first tattoo and I had no idea of what to expect. I had a lot of trouble navigating their online portal and communication was very delayed. They…read moreasked me for a deposit, saying "Heads up that reschedules or cancellations need at least 48 hours notice to keep your deposit." My fault for not clarifying, I guess, but now they say it is non-refundable. I wouldn't have agreed to it if they hadn't implied that it was refundable, because I live across the country and was making an appointment for while I was on a trip 5 months from now. The travel circumstances changed and now I am out my deposit money. They did offer to hold the deposit for another tattoo within a year, but I cannot reasonably travel across the country just for a tattoo. In the meantime, several of my colleagues have gotten quotes for tattoos from them and been outraged by their prices. I guess I should have checked them out more thoroughly myself before making an appointment based on someone else's recommendation. TLDR: Overpriced and hard to deal with. Poor communication. Do not recommend.
