I went with my friends to their friday the 13th tattoo event and we expected it already to be a long wait but we didn't mind because we got recommended by this place alot! What we minded was the result of our tattoos. We got tattooed by a woman called Amani (who apparently was an apprentice and didn't know up until TODAY about it) who wasn't the friendliest and I get it. It was 5am and of course you're tired but so were we and she wasn't friendly at all and we saw other tattoo artists being so friendly to their clients. I tried to have a conversation with her but nothing but short answers. Okay. Got it. You're not interested probably cause the tip was already included and you don't have to try anyways right? When I get home I see the results of my tattoo in the back and the lines were messed up at the bottom and my wrist tattoo lines were screwed but not as much as the one in the back that I'm honest about. It looked patchy but didn't complain soon because I know it was day one so I let it heal and did the steps to keep it clean and healed. Almost 3 weeks later and it ended up being super patchy and lines fading. And so did my friend's. And this is my 10+ tattoo and I know how to take care of them. I'd be going soon to get this fixed hopefully and I know now better to not come here anytime soon and I'll head over to the regular place I usually go to get my tattoo pieces done. read more

Their recent Friday the 13th event was horribly mismanaged, to the point of them cancelling any future events like this. Don't let them fool you, they are pinning the blame on so called toxic reviews and customers, but really this was all due to their own negligence. The event was supposed to start at midnight, but they had already let in the maximum that night. Because of that, we were left to stand outside in the dark for four hours, with no updates about what was going on. At the end of it, we were told to just "go home", and to take a picture with some random dude associated with the business (a manager, some sort of tattoo artist? Idk, they didnt introduce themself), as a "voucher" honoring the Friday the 13th price. However, the very next day, they sent out a post on their social media that they had taken all the "vouchers" that they could, and that all other were considered null and void. This is unacceptable behavior from a business with something as permanent as tattoos. There's to be the bond of trust between the tattoo artist, company, and the customer, but how can that be there if the rules continue to change without any explanation or updates as to what's going on. They do good tattoo work but it's a supply and demand tattoo. If they don't think they'll get enough (ie. small tattoos) they'll give you an outrageous price. My family member got a 2.5-3 inche tatto for 600 dollars. That's ridiculous, they went to atomic tattoo and got it for 3x as cheap and it looks amazing. Find another place that actually cares about you and not just money. read more

I went to the Friday the 13th special and I waited 7 hours to be able to get my tattoo. Of course I didn't mind waiting so long if my tattoo came out well. But as you can see from the photo, my tattoo is very patchy. Especially around the bottom part of the rose stem. The artist that tattooed me was Anmany. I need this fixed! I had waited for the tattoo to heal a bit more so I can get a better look at it and it's just BAD. And I have tattoos so I know how to take care of it. read more

Mina is a great artist, she made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and answered all of my questions. She also messaged me a couple hours before my appointment to let me know that she had a cancellation and I could come in sooner if I wanted to which was awesome. I was highly recommended by a friend to this tattoo shop, and I'm not gonna lie the artist that worked with me the first time around was highly disrespectful and I was definitely upset at the work he had done. After speaking to the owner "Spooks" he told me that he would "take care of me" and apologized for the work the previous artist had done as it was poorly done and for the way he handled business. Spooks fit me into his schedule right away and after the first session I was already extremely happy with his work. Yesterday I got my nipples pierced by Dottie. I came in the shop the last 30 mins before closing. The rep said she wasn't taking anymore people but said hold on. I was so scared because I finally build up enough courage to even drive to the shop. He came back and said she would take you. My heart drop with excitement. The wait was not that long. I had two people in front of me. Luckily for me one of the customers tried to sike me up. Telling me how bad it will hurt. I already made up my mind that I was going to do it. Especially after watching YouTube for a hour than deciding to do it. So I didn't let her comments effect me. The actual procedure was less than 8 mins. She did not use the claps. I seen it on YouTube. I honestly think it was easier. She said 123 and bam it was over. Honestly it was not bad. Like a shock but definitely not the worse pain I felt. Dottie really made my experience quick and easy. She is definitely a professional. She also pump me up by saying how well I took it. How I was one of the best she has had in a long time. Which really made me happy. The pain level was about a 5 out of 10. It stings more afterwards. Only downside is I couldn't film it. Lol to show that I was a REAL G. Oh yeah in my weave ponytail fell out. I was so nervous I forgot to pin it down. She didn't make me fell embarrassed yet help me laugh about it. Dottie your the best. Definitely going back read more

The best shop around. All the artists are supremely skilled, and have the pictures to back it up. I went there to get my baby daughter's footprint tatted on me. Ricky Rodz did an exact duplicate, plus some beautiful writing and even suggested some shadow to make it pop. I later took my dad there to get a touch up of an old, ragged tattoo. i came to pride n envy for their friday the 13th deal to get my nose pierced. i arrived around 4pm, seeing a line outside the door. wasn't too bad of a line, im pretty patient, so i had no problem waiting. found out that they were done doing piercings for the day, even though on their website, the deal extended until 7pm. they would not honor the deal for tomorrow for anyone that showed up today after they cut off doing piercings. i was pretty disappointed, i had gone out of my way to get there and heard very good things about them from my sister, who had gotten one of her piercings there. i didnt even mind if i wasnt going to get the deal, i was just excited to get the piercing that i had to psych myself up for. im sorry, but i wont be returning here. read more
