I was on a conference call so I have a witness. Owner states one thing before getting your money and says another to defend lazy cleaning crew. After the cleaning lady left we discovered she had in missed two rooms. We completed an entire tour. I called and spoke to the owner the morning of and he said he was sending two people. However when the cleaning lady showed up she said one of her helpers called out sick and she was by herself. Another gentlemen showed up who is the owner's right hand man and he did an excellent job for the short time he could stay. He had to leave to do a carpet cleaning but he knocked out ceiling fans, our Florida room and a bathroom while she had only started one bathroom. My husband was disappointed that she was still here when he got home and he wasn't happy hearing me having to go back after her and have things cleaned that weren't touched. Her vacuum couldn't handle the pet hair and said the company was supposed to be upgrading. The cleaning lady was very nice but we think there could've been more efficient process of completing an entire room instead of going back-and-forth between rooms and missing several rooms.

Which we were totally ok with. The house is 3bd/2bath, 1400 sq ft. I came back this morning, they didn't mop the hallway, they didn't dust anything, they didn't wipe any drawers or closets out, they didn't even wipe the ceiling fan dust off. I even pointed out the dust on fans to the cleaning ladies and not once was told that wasn't included in a deep cleaning for $600. I called the owner of Greentech to let him know for that price the hallway floors and fans should have been cleaned. He continued to talk over me and say they cleaned what they could in 4 hours which was the original quoted price of $400. He wouldn't even listen that we paid an extra $200 and the ladies said they would clean everything. He had a bunch of excuses yelled at me and wouldn't even listen. WORST cleaning company I've dealt with in my years of rentals. Hire them if you want your money stolen & crappy service!!

I was then promised a time for a quote, but no one showed up. I had to reach out multiple times just to get a response. Eventually, someone did come to my house. He was polite and gave me a price for part of the job. I asked for a few additional, simple items (like a small paver pad for trash cans) and was told I'd receive a full quote by email. That email never came. Again, I had to follow up multiple times with no results. After being ignored, I gave up and contacted other companies who were responsive and professional. If a job--especially one around a pool--is too difficult or not something you want to take on, it would be far better to just say so instead of stringing customers along. I wasn't begging for a job; I was simply looking for basic communication and reliability. Would not recommend.

But, they broke the lock and told me they would just put a stick in the door until they could come back and fix the lock. We have family in the construction and real estate business so our standards are probably above average. Tew does not build fast-track, slap-together homes. They build a few at a time, and the quality is superior to any mass-produced home as we have confirmed living here. We are on a half acre, with generous space between our neighbors. The home itself is designed with flow, spaciousness and simplicity in mind. As with a custom home, it has many luxurious features like soft-close cabinetry, low-maintenance beautiful stone and tile surfaces, 10-foot ceilings, low-e, tilt vinyl windows, luxury lvp flooring (a must with kids), and many high quality finishes. We have two kids under age five and durable, easy to maintain features like these are a must for us. But it's more than just aesthetics, it's the design and construction itself. There's no question of the care, meticulous detail, and pride that this family-owned company puts into their work. We are able to run our A/C at five degrees higher than our last home, which speaks for the quality and soundness of this house. This translates into a big savings of energy. The interior living and dining area is an open concept yet the home is very quiet and peaceful because it is soundly built. Our checklist at closing of a few minor things was addressed immediately and completely. We felt the negotiation and final walk-through was very satisfactory. To say we feel pleased and thankful that we made the investment in this home is an understatement.
