Ok, so its been a while but I thought, why not review my elementary school…read more The school is fairly large for the area. It isn't littered with those "portable" schools like many in the area have begun to be. The playground is great. It has a baseball field that doubles for a football and soccer field. It also has a large paved area with your standard painted games on the ground and basketball nets. There is also a prison like area for the toddlers, that is fenced off from the rest of the school. Reminds me of that cartoon "Recess" where the toddlers are considered like savages. The classes are large, I believe for an elementary school. We used to be able to fit 30 students comfortably in each one. The area is whats great. Its nestled right into the centre of a residential area and imho is a very safe space for our future to grow and learn. The school is a catholic school hence is affiliated with the Transfiguration of Our Lord Church and is a feeder for Don Bosco High School. If you're in the neighbourhood, its a great school for your kids!
