Saturday mid-morning I called four companies and Sturm was first to return my call about one hour later. Within the hour he showed up to look at the problem. He seemed like a nice enough guy so he just transitioned right into fixing the problem with no discussion about cost...my mistake! Two hours later which also included a trip to Home Depot to get materials, he handed me a bill for $500.00! The job he did was fine but $250.00/hr felt excessive even for a weekend!!!

His intentions were good... but he showed up 2 hours after he was "on the way." His truck has no identification on it and his business card does not have a registration number. Our landlord paid the bill so I can't comment on price... and I did not ask for insurance... but he was a big improvement over last year's plumbing disaster... just be ready for a wait.
