His conduct in my personal time had been going on for a long time as I recongnized the behaviors he was taking credit for. Stunned I tried to ignore it as simple confusion on his part, as he had always seemed an otherwise mild mannered person, I hoped it would pass. From there things became worse and other parties involved themselves on his behalf, I assume at his request and in an attempt to pass the blame to me and avoid embarrassment. As it involved both my care and my personal time and space I tried to ask that they stop involving me in whatever issues they were dealing with and I was treated with contempt, told that it had never happened and a demand was made by Hannah to know what HE had done like she was personally invested in his behavior and his keeper. Not wanting to get further involved in what appeared to be "his and hers" office factions, I opted not to explain anything to Hannah and hoped it would pass since they knew I did not want to be involved. It did not. He caressed my face in office during procedure, I couldnt look at him. I was alone with Dr West at his request for nearly 10 minutes at following appt, he said nothing and was very rough with his hands all over my face. He looked at me like I had done something wrong in the brief moment he made eye contact when I caught him staring at me, and then left. He never spoke to me or apologized for his conduct or the escalation in hostilities directed at me by the women around him since. He simply put a target on me and let me be harassed. A patient. At the final appt he rubbed his body roughly all over my head and was just unkind and inappropriate. In the end I left from the ongoing harassment and posted a review reflecting some of my treatment, adding details as the issues continued. Nearly a year since his confession to me but 3 years since he started losing control of his conduct toward me, they still can not stop taking shots at me in my personal time. They seem intent on forcing a personal issue with me. 2 people who cannot speak to me or look me in the eye should not be touching me, watching me or invading my personal space and time. I only know West as his patient I am distressed they still can not respect my personal space. As I was not a willing party to his issue regarding me I do feel it is his responsibility to respect my boundaries and correct his and his people's behavior. It seems he behaves badly and simply never acknowledges it to avoid accountability. Currently I have had my personal space intentionally physically invaded by his wife, Sunni (current picture provided) while walking and always a white Denali, either slows by me in traffic for him/them to stare, speeds by and loses lane control in my direction, passes frighteningly close to me or attempts to engage in some kind of road rage baiting I simply would never engage in but still had to brake hard to avoid. As my 18yr old daughter in law stated "These people are ridiculous! How old are they? They act like children. They are exhausting! What is her problem?! You have the right to be there!" Yes. I dont see an end in sight as I have done nothing except report their ongoing conduct trying to protect myself. Conduct that should never have happened and certainly should not still now be happening. Please be careful in this office. Once Wests wife (picture) decides you are a problem, she won't stop and it will spread.

This team is very patient and offers great care. They will not send you home with wires poking at your gums, they make sure you feel happy. I was very impressed by how skilled the dental assistants are. They've inspired me to go into the ortho field. When you first go in for a consultation, they will discuss with you and go over all your options. They want to make sure you make the best decision for yourself. From all the patients I got to observe and assist with, no 2 treatment plans are the same. Dr. Schmidl will discuss with you what your goals are for your smile. You can trust that she can make that happen! To add to this already-long review: I was a patient here myself! On my last week at the office, I had a new pair of retainers made. I had a great experience. They made sure my new retainers were fitting well and nicely. And made tweaks to it until it felt perfect. The retainers are great quality and I am very happy with them! I regret coming here, it was a waste of my time and I definately feel its weird they collect so much personal info as part of a "free" consult on people who are not even clients/customers.
