Made a call to My Computer Man he was here in last then 4 hours and within 10 min. he found I had been hacked and someone else had control of computer, my accounts, my e-mail, all my passwords. The hack job was due to a stupid thing I did. Ninety minutes later Kevin had me back in control, passwords changed on all major accounts, and receiving all my new and old e-mails. I'll just start off with something like this…read more I had originally heard about this company through a Facebook group that recommended them and said that they did a fantastic job at wrapping their vehicles for their business so when I originally reached out to him, I told him that I had a Polaris slingshot and I wanted it to get wrapped Vegas yellow, which is by Audi. However, the original vinyl company he had recommended, thought it was good and it turns out that the quality of the actual vinyl was bad and was supposed to be delivered and done within three days. He went to Orlando to pick up 3M that he knew was gonna be good and not based off of one experience. When he picked it up, he had the Slingshot ready all set and done in two days after picking it up. I wanted to originally give him a three star review because of the situation that I went through however, because of how great of a job he did his warranty his attitude. He has 100% worth a five star.

First I completed their contact form on their website. ...After two weeks, and no response I went to their website again and found an E mail address and basically re-initiated the same contact inquiry I had used before. ...After another two weeks and still no response I went to their Facebook page and used the Messenger function. When I asked if anyone was there, I got the following reply: "one.is" ...Then I got the following message: "Hi, thanks for contacting us. We've received your message and appreciate you reaching out." Not sure how much they "appreciate" anything, but after three unsuccessful attempts at establishing contact with this company I'm moving on to someone else that at least has the professional courtesy to follow up. Because this place doesn't.
