One lady asked me if I could ask my spouse questions about my insurance and just stared at me blankly when I stated that I had no spouse that covered me on my insurance that I pay for. The dentist was fine. The technician doing my x-rays seemed to be having fun playing with the machine. The dentist came in to look at my teeth and referred me out. So that was confusing. The staff here not only followed up with us, but made sure our insurance would cover the deep clean before we even had to ask about that. Still apprehensive, I went through with the first side of the deep clean and can't say enough about what a wonderful experience I had. Since the facility's renovation several years ago, the waiting room is spacious and comfortable, with complimentary coffee and calming décor. The exam rooms are also more spacious and have TVs attached to the ceiling for patients to watch during their procedures. Everything looks so nice, like the reveal from an HGTV show. They've been sitting on a $50 credit on my account already and now am billing me for $61. I called and explained that I shouldn't be charged and was told nothing can be done.
