Well, after initial x-rays, Catherine came in and told me very sweetly that I had three roots on this tooth, and they were all three very, very long." BUT...can I tell you this: throughout the entire procedure, I had NO PAIN WHATSOEVER! In fact, I was so relaxed that, at one point, I fell asleep in the chair. Catherine was great. She is an amazing woman, an amazing endodontist. In the one long visit, I could see her gentle confidence, her deep faith, her grace toward her employees, and the loving respect she has for her husband and family. The office is in a nice location with ample parking, a comfortable waiting room, and a wonderful staff. First visit consisted of a questionnaire, completed on a tablet, to ensure the doctor had all of the important information he needed to know. This took about 10 minutes. The facility has state-of-the-art equipment for diagnoses and treatment. Here, hubby was able to get a CT scan to identify the cause of some recurring infections, and rule out other potential issues. We have seen Dr. Gaudet on several occasions to help rework some problematic root canals that just weren't taking. Dr. Gaudet is very good at explaining what is going on and what he is going to do about it. He has been very patient with our loads of questions. Everyone is very efficient and friendly. We have always gotten a follow up call to make sure hubby is doing okay after his procedures. While we still have a long road of recovery ahead, Dr. Gaudet and staff have helped us move forward on the path. I don't know what we would have done without their knowledge and expertise.

I went from 3-4 days of excruciating unbearable tooth and face pain to being pain free, in less than 30 minutes, and root canal complete in about 55-75 minutes ( I fell asleep, as soon as I was numb, I'm not sure how long it took). I went to my dentist and they called got me scheduled for an hour later. For those that are afraid like I was, they numb you with a local, before they give you the shots to numb you fully. There was a little pinch of pain, when the needle had to go a little deeper, but nothing too bad, just close your eyes and you'll almost do not feel it. The doctor and staff were so kind and patient. No need for fear of judgement from them, which has been what's held me back for years, even after knowing I needed dental work done. Hopefully I never have to go back, but if ever again I need a root canal, I'm headed straight to Dr Simon. Thank yall so much!!!!

I was referred here for urgent retreatment of a failed root canal. Before the appointment, my…read morecondition worsened and I ended up in the ER with facial cellulitis, requiring IV antibiotics and a CT scan. By the time I arrived at this office, I was still swollen, still infected, and still on antibiotics. I brought full documentation, imaging, and expected to receive care or at least a clear, urgent plan of treatment. Instead, I was charged $185 for a "consultation" (without being told in advance it was consult-only), was told no treatment could be done that day, and that the earliest they could see me was July 29 -- more than two weeks later. When I asked if someone else in the practice could see me sooner, I was told that would require paying for another consultation. When I asked what I was supposed to do with a still-swollen face and active infection, I was casually told, "You should be okay on antibiotics." I left feeling dismissed, overcharged, and worse than when I walked in. I've since found another endodontist who is taking my insurance and will perform the necessary retreatment immediately. This office showed zero urgency or compassion, despite clear documentation of a medical emergency. I would strongly caution others about trusting this practice for any time-sensitive or infection-related care. Patients deserve transparency, respect, and actual care -- not just billing.

Front desk is nice, but I wish they would have informed me of the out of network before the procedure, but I guess my bad for not being more specific when I asked if they took my insurance, but why else would someone ask that question. So, now I get to find out how to get rid of the pain yet again, along with doing it on my own since their staff failed to properly inform me. I believe it's extremely unethical to not be provided a pre-treatment estimate, which would have alerted me to out-of-network status.
