I came 15 min earlier than what they told me. I am on anxiety. Meds and she would not refill them. I got to the office and she would not see me. She is a coward and does not care about all of her patients. The letter said she would see me forv30 days til I find a new dr. She did not. It is irresponsible to prescribe anxiety meds and then just nake a patient go cold turkey. I would not take my dog to see Cindy Hutson.

With Camille's help, he was able to walk and mostly maintain his balance. After he passed away in 2023, I needed some physical therapy so I asked for Optimal and Camille because of the care she had given my husband. She takes time to listen to me and my needs, then acts on what she hears. She is very personable in taking time to share pictures and activities she has with her children and husband. Camille becomes more than a therapist, I consider her a friend whose opinion I value. She has a great and friendly staff from the front office to the other therapists. Me dijeron que regresara con el certificado de matrimonio original. Aunque había perdido tiempo y gasolina, entendí su posición. Esta vez, sin embargo, me dijeron que no podía hacerme el examen NI SIQUIERA CON el certificado de matrimonio porque tenía que usar lo que estaba en mi licencia. Dijeron que solo tenía mi apellido de soltera en el certificado de matrimonio como si alguien en la historia de la humanidad se hubiera casado CON su nombre ya cambiado. Después de que me pincharan un total de 6 veces con 3 personas diferentes, todavía no había sangre. Decidí pedir un reembolso. Un día completo perdido cuando tuve que tomarme un día libre por motivos personales. No puede tener un personal que no esté bien informado, sea grosero E ineficiente. Como mínimo, elija dos de tres.
