Facilities were immaculately clean with tons of available equipment. Each appointment consisted of an in room visit. I saw Zach LaBianco DPT. He checked-in about home exercises and pain/progress followed by him manipulating my ankle to assess pain and mobility limitations. Then he manipulated my ankle in ways that gave me relief by stretching my Achilles injury in a way I could not do on my own. He asked about my end goals then explained the plan for rehabilitation while teaching me how hard to push myself to get results without causing more damage. I felt very confident even though I came in with fear of re-injury. The second part of each visit we went to their "gym" area where I was taught proper ways to do a bunch of stretches and exercises. Zach was there for the beginning of each exercise session. He evaluated my form and personally taught me each new exercise/stretch. Then an assistant took over for the established ones. Appointments ended with air compression massager things on my legs which reduced soreness after aggressive workouts. I left with a MedBridge app account that had each rehab exercise/stretch, a diagram, recommended reps and a video. Playing these videos in order helped me to rehab at home successfully and with full confidence. I can't recommend Therapeutic Associates Tualatin enough. Zach did an exceptional job. Really great first experience with Physical Therapy.

Victoria expressed empathy and took the time to explain in detail what had happened to my calves and surrounding fascia, and laid out a clear path for my recovery. I walked out of the first visit empowered with information and reassurance I was in good care. Victoria has a wealth of information, and at each visit, she makes time to listen and address any questions or concerns, along with direct fascia work on multiple injury sites. He does a custom program for my injury and checks in with me at the beginning of my appointment and then decides how he will direct me according to my body during that session. I appreciated Paul's positive style with compassion on my intake interview evaluation as I answered questions and told my story.
