The atmosphere is relaxed even though there is a bustle of activity with patients doing movements and therapists directing. It is run like a symphony. Speaking of music, they have upbeat music with a good, happy rhythm at the perfect volume making it easy to do my exercises and help with the counting of reps/sets. The gym is a comfortable temp. There is a noticeable positive vibe. Everyone who works there are professional, pleasant, friendly, helpful and serve the patient. The atmosphere is clean and crisp. I am able to communicate clearly with my therapist, Paul Ragucci. He does a custom program for my injury and checks in with me at the beginning of my appointment and then decides how he will direct me according to my body during that session. He explains what to do and what muscles we are focusing on so I feel I can help myself as he helps me to heal. I trust his expertise. There is good pacing to the flow of the tasks. I appreciated Paul's positive style with compassion on my intake interview evaluation as I answered questions and told my story. I immediately felt supported as Paul talked about our goals of both the reduction of pain and the gain of mobility as our goal, along with strengthening not only my injured muscles but the muscles around the injured area. I value ATI's expertise with my care. I have formed a level of trust in my therapist. He directs me at the pace my body can handle any given moment adding specific exercises as I increase my strength. It is all about effort without strain under his instruction. Each session is of great benefit. I honor myself and do my homework exercise plan developed by Paul facilitating my part in the recovery. I consider him my teacher/coach to do the moves correctly. With this knowledge I feel confident that my healing is here for me with Paul and the ATI support team. I highly recommend ATI. My personal opinion is formed by years of past experience of receiving therapy and with therapists at other facilities. I was in a head-on crash and also a rear end crash with multiple injuries and years of recovery and repair surgeries. This group of professionals work as a team. With their attention I am healing and getting better. They serve and they care.

I also love how everyone always thinks they are just jewelry. I can't tell you how refreshing it is to get complements about them instead of people asking what's wrong with my hands. I've had many other splints and treatments at Armworks since 2018 as well and I really can't say enough good about them! In fact, all of the Armworks employees at several locations have been extremely helpful with my complex care needs. Max has consistently gone above and beyond several times regarding advocacy for me and I bet he does that for many others too. It's just wonderful to have another great addition to my care team :) You deserve to check this place out for all your hand, wrist and elbow troubles!

I've been here a few times now, and at first, I was going to give a bad review based on the…read morereceptionist, who is makes things very difficult for new clients. I decided to take a step back, and rate this business based upon the performance of the Hand Therapy, and not the receptionist. I have never been to a Hand Therapist before, and was referred to Ryan Glover by my doctor. There is a private parking lot behind the building, which is right next to the Mc Donalds. The entrance doors have number key pads, which make it in-inviting. The building owners need to put up welcome signs during hours when these doors are unlocked. If you have an appointment, the doors are most likely unlocked. The Hand Therapy room is spacious, overlooking a wooded area, which is very serene. Ryan Glover a is born and bred Oregonian, who takes his work very seriously, and has a good sense of humor. Since I had never been to a Hand Therapist before, Ryan explained how important and involved Hand Therapy is. My first visit, Ryan took me through a series of evaluation metrics, which, by the time I got home, I was exhausted. This was quite a humbling experience. There are so many muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones, etc. in hands, that it's humbling. I've heard that Hand Surgeons are very specialized, and had not equated the seriousness of this specialty to Hand Therapy until now. After the evaluation metrics, that he will be sending to my doctor, he also clearly explained to me how he arrived at his assessment. Ryan gave me a hand brace, exercise ball, and heating pad at the end of my first visit, along with print outs of hand exercises. Well, I thought... okay. I got this. Why do I need to come back every week? I did my exercises, and returned the next week, where Ryan did a minor re-assessment and changed up my exercises. He also treated my hand with an Ultrasound device and some other tool. The other tool hurt, as he was trying to distract me by asking me all sorts of friendly questions, like "How was your Thanksgiving?" I guess this is why I have to keep coming back. Okay, so Ryan gets a 5 star review from me because he takes his work seriously, is good at what he does, Is an excellent friendly conversationalist, which works out well to distract us from any possible treatments which might cause pain. Pain is a motivator. It keeps us coming back. In my few visits so far, I have noticed other very happy clients.
