I was just sorta left for I'm assuming was 30 minutes? There's no clocks so I lost track of time. Next few times I came, I was prepared to do some meditation on my own and really focus on my thoughts, breathing and healing. I have pretty decent insurance and so it only came out to about 20 bucks per session and at that price, it goes from a 3 star review to a 4 star. I started coming here in early 2023 for vitamin injections. I used to occasionally get them somewhere else but found them and wanted to give it a try because I had also been thinking about the idea of getting a naturopath. I'm SO GLAD I DID. I loved the environment so much that after a view visits of vitamin injections I decided to setup a free phone call with Dr. Ramos (who was the sole naturopath at the clinic at the time--there are several incredible ones now!) to go over my goals and concerns to see if it would be a right fit. At first my biggest concern was hormones because my mother and her sister both had estrogen sensitive breast cancer and I wanted to get ahead of that potentially.
