Package shipped a week and a half later after more emails than a bad breakup. When it finally arrived, half the stuff was missing -- including BAC water. So, the peptides? I don't want to write this review but I need to share my horrifying experience with LIVV in the hopes of preventing others from enduring the same ordeal. The "doctors" at LIVV gave me treatment for my sinuses that left me with chronic tinnitus (ringing in the ears). It has caused me immense distress and many sleepless nights. I also began experiencing a gradual loss of hearing and smell. I originally went to LIVV to get IV treatments and the "doctors" would upsell me. Mr. Phan would push me to get more treatments. Mr. Zand told me that he could help my sinuses and breating. He prescribed me a nasal spray that contained multiple antibiotics and an antifungal medication in it. One of the antibiotics is only supposed to be used as a last resort and is known to cause tinnitus. I also received ozone treatment in my sinuses that caused me to lose my sense of smell. They never told me about any of the risks involved with the treatments. After developing tinnitus, Mr. Zand assured me that it would go away and it was temporary. I have waited three years hoping that it would improve but my ears still ring constantly and I also have hearing loss. Shortly after I developed tinnitus, Mr. Phan and Mr. Zand setup a conference call to discuss the situation. Instead of explaining what happened and taking responsibility, they focused on selling me more products to treat the tinnitus. Mr. Phan made a joke during the phone call that they wouldn't give me anymore of the medication that caused me to develop tinnitus, which made it seem like he didn't take the situation seriously. Since the conference call, I haven't heard from anyone at LIVV, they never checked on me to see how I was doing. When I told a medical doctor about what happened, he cringed and told me that the naturopathic doctors at LIVV should have never given me any of those treatments. He also explained that there is no treatment for tinnitus. I regret not doing my own research on the medications. I should not have trusted the "doctors" at LIVV with my health. They did not take the time to ask for my medical history or examine my sinuses. Their negligent actions and lack of concern have caused irreparable harm, leaving me to cope with tinnitus, hearing loss, and smell loss indefinitely. I urge everyone to seek out medical professionals who genuinely care and prioritize patient safety above all else. read more

Waste of time and money my second time here. My first time was in late Aug and it was amazing, so much so that I had been considering a membership. A female practitioner helped me, she listened to my concerns and what was going on in my body & gave me the perfect regime. Sadly, she moved to SF to continue her studies/ residency. I was in yesterday and the nurse had no idea what she was talking about. Every question I had, she answered extremely vague or just handed me the book they have that shows ingredients & prices. I gave them 1 star because not only did they spilled blood all over my arm when putting on the IV but they also DOUBLE charged me for $450 and $458. I've been doing IV infusions locally where I live for several months now. So when I traveled to San Diego I wanted to continue my treatment. I looked up this place and since they were the only one open on Sunday, I booked online and also PAID in full as well. I figured they want their money upfront in case I decide to cancel on a Sunday. That makes sense to me. But once I got there, the treatment methods they used were unprofessional compared to the clinic I normally go to. First of all, besides spilling blood all over my arm when they didn't screw the connector on correctly, I noticed they did not cover the IV site (the needle going into your skin) with a clear medical film which hospitals use and also the clinic I frequent at also uses. That film keeps germs away from and shields the incision/punctured site. So now I've got a needle in my arm with no cover over it. On top of that they spilled blood all over my arm and then tried to reuse some gauze to clean the area including the area where the needle is gọng into my vein. I was horrified because there's no cover and if they wipe a dirty gauze over that area then I was afraid of germs going too the incision point. I raised my concern with the staff. Told them that my other clinic uses a clear film to cover the puncture site. How come they don't? It seems unsanitary I told them. She replied, "We don't do that here" and left. Meanwhile my arm was still messy with blood stains all over. Another nurse looked at it and decided to clean it up some more. She told me, "I don't want to see that mess on your arm. So I'll clean it up for you." Imagine having a needle stuck in your arm and now your arm is getting scrubbed to clean it. If you've had a needle in your arm before, you should know the more movement, the more unpleasant. When I left, they asked me for payment and I gave them my credit card as they seemingly pointed out that my payment online was a deposit. I was confused but obliged because I wanted to get out of there!! The experience was bewildering to me as I left. Later on, they called me and said they double charged me - once when I booked online and again when they asked for my payment as I left the office. They said I would get a refund in 5 business days. It has been over 10 business days (and half a month gone by) and to date, NO refund. They are unprofessional. I expected them to do a better job of putting the IV on me, keeping it sanitary and clean. I also expected them to be billing professionals and not double charge me. And lastly, I expected them to keep their words and REFUND me which they didn't. I wasn't going to leave a negative review even after my dissatisfaction of the "treatment" or the double payment error they admitted to. Because we all make mistakes. I'm a business owner myself so I tend to let things slide more because I support small businesses. So I was going to keep quiet. But the fact that they didn't even bother to keep their promise and REFUND me for the double payments, well that's just completely unacceptable! It makes them look like they don't know what they're doing completely! Would you TRUST such unprofessional people to stick something in you or push substances in your veins??? I went in for a PRP facial and NAD IV. The PRP facial was amazing, it cleared up my acne and lightened the dark discoloration spots I have on my cheeks from sun damage. Just one treatment did that! My face hasn't looked this good in a long time. As for the NAD IV, I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked on my focus, clarity and motivation. I have ADD and it helped with that. It took a while to drip (3 hrs) but I got the larger dosage and I'm glad I went with that. I can't wait to go back and get this IV again! I received an email today from this company selling Covid-19 antibody testing for $350 a pop. Are you serious? A business that I planned on checking out for a few of the things they offer, I would no longer even entertain giving my business because they are clearly NOT a reputable business and only care about one thing. MONEY. While many other doctors in the county are providing free antibody testing to individuals, or at most charging the cost of the test only (which is nowhere near $350), these people have the nerve to try and take advantage of their community during a pandemic and seriously price gouge on a test that does nothing more than tell you if your body has the antibodies. Even their email advertising their $350 test says "This test has been reviewed by the FDA. Negative results do not rule out SARS-CoV-2 infection, particularly in those who have been in contact with the virus. Follow-up testing with a molecular diagnostic should be considered to rule out infection in these individuals. Results from antibody testing should not be used as the sole basis to diagnose or exclude SARS-CoV-2 infection or to inform infection status. Positive results may be due to past or present infection with non-SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus strains, such as coronavirus HKU1, NL63, OC43, or 229E." AKA They're just trying to milk you for money by using a test that does little more than say whether you have antibodies or not and nothing else. Really interesting they decided to start offering this a few days AFTER the Federal Government announced it was mandating insurance companies to offer free antibody testing, so clearly these people are trying to make some fast cash before that gets rolled out. I stumbled upon this location on Yelp on a Sunday morning when I realized why I've been so sluggish-- because it was well over 3 months since my last vitamin shot. I was happy to schedule a last minute appointment and get in as soon as they opened. The location itself was smaller than I thought but I liked the intimate space. The doctor that did my vitamin shot was quick and used a technique that felt practically painless. I was surprised that the doctor did my shot because I was used to getting it from a MA in the past; it was really refreshing seeing a doctor perform big--and small-- treatments in a practice. I went to this place because one of my best friends recommended me to try them out. Jay asked me if I had ever taken a blood test with them before and I told them I didn't.
