I was charged for services that weren't rendered…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but i was charged for an office visit and a physical exam. I showed up to a follow up appointment and no vital signs were taken (weight/height, B/P, HR) were taken, no assessment was done on my knee. Doctor didn't have access to MRI results so he just read the results off a piece of paper that I provided. Was charged over $300 for this visit (with assessment and vital signs recorded). I tried to fight the bill, but the office said all the services were rendered. I went to another ortho a few months later and received a lot better care. I hope anyone who chooses Dr. Walker has a better experience that I did.

Well, I had orthopedic hand and arm surgery recently. With a doc located in West Valley. The sugery…read morewas not an easy one, as I had already had these surgeries previously and now I had severe scar tissue build up, so I had complications that resulted in the surgery taking nearly 5 hours instead of the planned 2. Needless to say, after a few weeks of recovery, it was time to go into therapy and begin to reuse the arm and hand. Well, after a visit to my doc, he gave me a referral to these guys to schedule physical therapy. I called and only received voice mail. I called and left another message. A week later, I still had not recieved a call back. So I called again. The lady who answered was rude, she talked over the top of me nonstop, would not let me get a word in edge wise and then had the nerve to tell me they were "worth the wait" She said the soonest they had was 6 or 7 PM a week away. I said that I could not wait that long. She had the nerve to say "well you can't just call in and expect to be seen immediately". My reply was you were called over a week ago, twice and don't return calls. Part of my issue for having to redo these surgeries and go through a very painful recovery was because of sever scar tissue build up. And part of the docs instructions were to get in to therapy and work on reducing the scar tissue on the new surgery asap. Now thew doc, nor the assistant will even pick up the line. Or return calls. Two weeks later, still no therapy. Avoid this place at all costs and I will be reviewing the doc on this as well. I don't feel like either one cares about the care or safety of thier patiens recovery!
