Waiting area was comfortable & clean. The treatment rooms were nice size and appeared orderly & clean. The technician that worked with us before the doctor came in was efficient and very personable. She helped alleviate some of the nerves. The doctor came in pretty quickly, examined my husband & confirmed he needed stitches. We were pleased with services and glad we avoided a hospital visit. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars because of the lack of discharge summary & instructions, nor an itemized bill. I asked for instructions because you can't remember everything they tell you. The "excuse" for not giving out paperwork was simply, "we haven't done that since COVID". THAT makes NO sense!!

April 30 I ended up in the ER in Salisbury. I was discharged May 3. I was told it was a "massive" asthma attack. Enough so that there was heart damage. Thankfully, that part was only temporary. May 10 I ended up in the ER again. This time I had multiple DVTs in both legs AND multiple PEs in BOTH lungs. May 12 I sent a message through the Patient Portal about the ordeal and wanted to know if Dr. Conaway wanted to see me for a post-discharge follow-up. His assistant responded with my Primary was doing a follow-ip. Yes, I know this. But she's an RN and NOT a Pulmonologist. I've now switched doctors because I'm tired of Tidal Heath's doctors and more specifically their gatekeepers, not wanting to do the most basic of tasks. PEs and an asthma attack most definitely fall under Pulmonary!
